The only positive of this bnb was the location. Quite central in the middle of Nice.

This was one of my most horrific experience. 1. When I made the booking it wasn't clear that the apartment was on 3rd floor, when I contacted the owner for cancelation, he simply didn't responded to my 10s of calls and 100s of messages. 2. My mom was old and couldn't walk up 3rd floor, there is no elevator. The owner was so rude that I cannot explain. The agency that handles this apartment is simply completely unprofessional. 3. The apartment is extremely bad. Don't get fascinated by the pics in the description. They are old. The apartment had cracks everywhere and was so so smelly. 4. The basic facilities like toiletries and toilet paper were missing. 5. The building is very old and shabby 6. Last but not the least, accidentally I dropped by smart watch in the apartment and asked the agency to return. They threatened me to first write a good review then only they would give it back to me. Booking saw those messages on their chat platform and paid me the money instead. Hence my honest review. Please please please avoid this place. The agency is so bad. They are just not made for this business.

WiFi signal was bad, very often not possible to use at all. Nowadays it should not be an issue.

The apartment was very spacious with two bedrooms a living area and kitchen even though we were in a busy part of town you couldn’t hear the noise from the street below. The apartment had everything needed for our weekend break in Nice with a welcome pack of essentials left for our arrival. The Host was very helpful and met us on arrival and explained everything clearly to help our stay - we would definitely recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.
