The Perfect Holiday house, well-appointed, homely and cosy.

Lovely spacious house, ideal for accommodating a large family or a number of groups. Very clean, lots of separate living areas, comfortable beds (and loads of them), huge backyard, lovely deck over-looking the river. Literally a 2 minute walk from the Moruya Hospital. Delighful and helpful hosts.

The only thing, and it is so minor, but worth noting - there is no path from the driveway to the front door. You have to trudge over dewy grass which is really unpleasant, ok if you have gumboots or appropriate shoes, but we didn't. A few pavers would do the trick.

A perfect location for a peaceful escape whether 2 people or a large group.

Moruya is a a lovely town and this was a perfect location for our weekend away. The house is very comfortable and has all the comforts of home. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. Very pleasant view of the river and an easy walk to town. The host Peter was very responsive

Fantastic holiday retreat

Great house, very family friendly. Everything could could possibly want was there. Tastefully decorated, comfortable & in a great position. Lovely river scenery & very quiet. Loved the 2 lounge areas as the grandies could have their own area to wind down & the adults had their own space. Thankyou for a short but wonderful stay, would book again in a heartbeat.

Superb

Very nice home, great porch to sit and enjoy breakfast or lunch or just to sit and enjoy an afternoon drink over looking the river. Great location, short walk to main street, stroll to bowling club. All 4 couples had a great time. Thank you. We will return.

in a beautiful location, house had enough room and everything we needed

maybe needs a path to the front stairs from the driveway, few lightbulbs were blown and some were very dull

Some stepping stones or a path out the front would have been useful, front entrance is basically unusable in the wet, back entrance path was also very slippery

Large House and Good Location

Great space, very large house with large yard space, great for a family. Beds extremely comfortable with lovely decor and first class linens. Big TV and comfy lounge

There was no pathway from driveway to front porch, so in the wet the grass was very wet and mushy You could see that that previous renters had driven their cars across the lawn to get closer to front door

a lovely place to stay with family, house was clean and equipped needed for a great holiday.

the house was spacious and located beside the river. Moruya is close to many coastal towns and ideal for a south coast holiday.

a pathway to the front door would be great.

Great value for money. Good hosts, all relevant info provided in a timely manner, clean house and the property has everything you could need. Lots of thought put into decorating and guest comfort. 10/10 for the experience.

Superb

Great location and lots of space. Love that basic pantry items and all the bed linens were provided. The backyard was huge and fenced in. Great if you have kids.

All of the chairs/couches were decent, but none were exceptionally comfortable. The same for the beds. Not the most comfortable, but enough to get a decent nights sleep. I had assumed the air conditioning was throughout the house, but it was a wall unit in the living area and another in the master bedroom. Luckily it wasnt scorching hot so this wasn't a problem.

Great long weekend stay, highly recommend.

Very roomy and comfortable house. Great for family or group of friends, and walking distance to the Moruya’s main streets. Owners are friendly and easy to deal with.

Superb

Lovely location overlooking a park to the river. The front deck was a lovely spot to dine and take in the river views. The house had everything you could think of and more! Well appointed, charming cottage feel in a spacious home.

Couldn't find any cushions for the outdoor furniture, the only thing that didn't seem available.

Very enjoyable would like to return

Location was excellent very pleasant walk along the river into town and close to local bowling club where we had nice meals

Only criticism was could have more flyscreens on windows so they could be opened for fresh air

Completely Satisfying Home & Serene River Frontage

The house is Clean, Spacious & Very Comfortable with gorgeous river frontage views & multiple living areas both indoor & out. The property exceeded our expectations! The owners were fantastic-Easy to deal with & all queries were replied to with full & prompt response. Will definantly stay here again. I highly recommend.

This is an outstanding holiday house. I can not wait to return.

There was so much space for everybody, kitchen is massive and had everything needed. It has 2 lounge rooms which is excellent. All the bed rooms are a good size and the master bedroom having a separate shower and toilet comes in very handy. I have stayed in a lot of holiday houses and paid a lot more then this property, but this stay was the best by far.
