Central Nice, close to everything!

Location

Poor communication by the managing team AC was not working - we contacted the managing team multiple occasions with little response . We had to move to a hotel. Out holiday was disrupted. The flat is located above the night club so it’s very noisy till 2.30 am .

Nice modern apartment in good location. Lots of bars and restaurants on street and nearby square with good atmosphere in the evening Great outdoor space with seating and table/chairs to sit and eat outside. Useful to have a washing line and pegs too.

AC didn't work in bedrooms so was very warm to try and sleep at night. The microwave was broken and most of the saucepans didn't work on the induction hob as they were aluminium.

Being so close to the centre of Nice

Air conditioning in the 2 smaller rooms (or more fans!)

Greit location!Spacious apartment,has almost everything you need :)

If you have 2 Coffee machines they should either have capsules either filters in the apartment,doesnt make sense for guests to buy them. Another thing it is necessary to clean the apartment and throw garbage,when you pay such money you would expect that to be included in the price. And we couldnt get microwave and TV going(looks like you have to pay extra or smth)

The location is good and kitchen are good

It’s very dusty everywhere the floor the kitchen the plates cutleries etc The worst part is the floor our feet became black as if the apartment is empty for many months and no one mop the floor before we check in. The cushion on the couch also very dirty it supposed to be white but it’s turn brown. Shower floor also sticky and not clean.
