Appartement spacieux et très agreable

Le grand espace, bien isolé, bien chauffé, confort des lits, la propreté, cuisine très bien équipée, le fait d'avoir deux salles de bains

Les salles de bains car une cabine de douche coule par dessous (d'ou un léger odeur pas très agréable dans la salle de bain), lavabo trop petit

The Appartment was clean,well positioned in the old town, easy to access and deal with the owner.

Parking the car near was ok but paying for it was a pain. And we had to get a new ticket every four hours.

Fantastic location, I found everthing very good. Thanks.

I can imagine more lights in the living room ( I used the apatrment for study and preparing for exam) but it was good. I heared some loud neighbours, but the accomodation can not help it. I was there in the weekend so maybe people were there in their holiday there is totally ok in summer time. I am very statisfied.

Pleasant

A friend of mine forgot his airpods at the apartment. The host refused to send them to him even though he was willing to refund all the delivery expenses and something more for the kindness. In doing so the host did not provide any justification, answering rudely to my friend's request. Although my evaluation of the apartment cleanliness and facilities is positive, the unwillingness and rudeness of providing assistance left me not completely satisfied by the visit.

We love everything about apartment. Location design, facilities The landlord was so kind and helpful about check in time so we ignored small details

The rooms were connected for one of the room there was not a proper corridor

Clean and nicely designed apartment situated in the heart of the downtown. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and clean bathroom. The host was helpful and welcoming. Will be back!

This place was massive for one person, so the value for money was amazing! Very modern and clean which was nice. Location very close to everything.

Great for Families. For the price it is great and it’s close to town

Easy access to keys and code to get in the place

The towels were small and one bathroom we weren’t able to use due to the smell.

Exceptional location, great amenities, just a bit noisy

Excellent location, close to both the city center and BT Arena and Stadium. Paid parking places just few minutes away, however challenging to find a free one sometimes.

Pretty noisy location as the windows are not isolating well. Car traffic on the street, and also the airplanes taking off, are being heard inside loudly enough to create some discomfort.

It was an amazing apartment very cosy and huge! Had 3 big rooms and 2 beautiful bathrooms! Each room had big smart tv! Very warm place! I recommend for groups of friends or family!

Disaster, unsafe, dirty, and gross.

NOTHING - LANDLORD MADE US HOMELESS IN ROMANIA. 1. The apartment smells like an ashtray. A wet ashtray, maybe even with a still burning cigarette still hangin' on the ledge. We had to open the windows when we arrived to air it out. But it was a baked-in stench, so doing that made no difference in the long run. When sleeping there, you will smell cigarettes all night, and it will be the first thing you smell when you wake up. 2. When we arrived the floors were still wet with puddles from the mop. The "clean" floors were sticky, and when the water dried, the mop marks were cloudy whiteish. Clearly, they sloshed some filthy bucket slop over the tiles. 3. Both showers leak. Like, LEAK. When you exit the shower, surprise! The bath mat is soaked through. It's in a little baby lake. Then it has to be wrung out and hung up to dry. Fun! Who doesn't want a little bathroom floor water on them after a hot shower?? So nice. 4. Mattresses and polyester blankets sleep HOT. For homeless story, keep reading.

LANDLORD MADE US HOMELESS IN ROMANIA. We booked 3 nights. Code for the door lasted 1 day. On the second night, we couldn't in. We called the owner repeatedly. He denied our calls. I also tried calling the Booking.com's "24 hour help line" but got a message that they were closed. Owner finally opened the door from his phone. The next morning he said that he'd updated the code, so we went to test it before leaving. It didn't work. He said he would send someone to fix it, & I asked him when that would be since we didn't want to leave & risk getting locked out again. He assured me someone would come to resolve the issue & that we could go about our vacation without worry, so we left, taking our passports & valuables with us but leaving our clothes & toiletries. I sent three messages between 10-3 asking for an update. No response. He didn't even read the messages. So I called Booking again, hoping for help. The representative told us we needed to wait 30 min before we were "legally allowed" to call a locksmith to break the lock - at 5:30pm on a Saturday night in a foreign country where we don't speak the language AND that we had to pay for it. Zero help. I started calling Martin again. Repeatedly. He declined my calls. I sent him a message that I had reported this to Booking, that we were stuck in the cold/snow, & that I was going to call the police. Finally he picked up, pretended not to speak English, & mumbled something as he opened the door again with his phone. We called Booking & asked them to make a different accommodation for us. They said no, but that they would ask the owner for a refund for the last night of the stay. Again, zero help. We had to book another place and fortunately we found one. AFTER we told Martin that we had already reported him to Booking & that we he had left, he said that he was sorry & that the problem was all fixed.

It is very close to the center

In the first night the neighbors from the next room could be heard as if they were in bed with me, and the next night there were some small children who didn't close an eye all night. Having the windows on the street side, the noise of the cars was quite loud.

The space is big, the windows are amazing, you feel comfortable, I had a view towards the garden. I also appreciated the coffe making machine.
