Located in Wildwood Crest, this lovely condo for $389 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Welcome to the Palms' Wildwood Crest, NJ Condo. Our beach block condo is located at the Summer Sands Condominiums. The beautiful Wildwood Crest beach does not require beach tags. Each block of the beach has portable his and hers pottys. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented on the beach. Outdoor amenities for the complex include: 2 heated pools (which include a fenced kiddie area), free assigned covered parking for one car, 5 sundecks with lounge chairs, 6 outdoor gas grills, coin-op laundry, and outdoor shower. Our first-floor unit is located right in front of one of the swimming pools. Our 446 sq. ft. condo amenities include: 1 BR with two double beds, queen-size sleeper sofa, 1 bathroom with new tub and shower combination, hair dryer, A/C wall unit with 2 ceiling fans, 2 TV's with cable and WiFi, kitchenette with granite countertop, 2 burner stove top, microwave/convection oven, coffee maker and Keurig, toaster, blender, dishware, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, iron and ironing board. Our location is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Wildwood. The boardwalk is less than two miles away and there is a shuttle bus stop located on the corner of our property. An arcade and restaurant are located across the street at the El Coronado. They are open for breakfast and lunch.

We had a wonderful stay at 101! We arrived on a Thursday and stayed until Sunday with our two toddlers. Kim was incredibly responsive with any questions I had leading up to our stay. We happened to be there during the Wildwood island power outage and Kim reached out to us to check in to see if we were OK and even monitored any updates on her end and communicated them to us. The condo was spaceous, clean and very well maintained. The property management group was also wonderful and attentive throughout our stay. You are literally steps from the beach and it's just so convenient. We certainly will be staying again next year. :)

This property is in a great location with a super easy walk to the beach. It also affords a beachfront patio for nice views and relaxation. The host, Kim, was very responsive to a problem that we were having with the TV Cable.

Very nice updated condominium. We had excellent communication with the owners and my wife and I enjoyed our stay. The parking spot is a little tight for a large SUV but other than that I would definitely stay there again.

We had the best time ! This was the perfect condo for our little family of 3. The location is wonderful! Its a short walk to the beach. Great restaurants and the boardwalk are not far. The building staff are very friendly and so are the neighbors we met. When we weren't at the beach we loved swimming in the pool. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The pictures are accurate and we had everything we needed. We drove a Rav 4 and we fit in the parking spot. Just takes some manoeuvring. We made wonderful memories and hope to be back in the future!

The condo was clean and well decorated. It was very convenient--just a short walk to the beach. The pool, which was sparkling clean/well balanced and warm, was right there to enjoy. We'd definitely stay again. In fact, it made us want to buy a condo right there. The only things that one may not like would be: 1. the light outside of the door was bright at night when sleeping on the couch 2. The parking spot requires a great driver who knows how to park (we were fine) 3. NJ is a legal state for marijuana, so a few times we had to smell condo neighbors smoking somewhere and that smell was overpowering (same on boardwalk). Thank you so much to the owners. We enjoyed out stay in your piece of heaven. We hope you enjoy it as well.

We are beach bums so loved being able to just be steps from the beach! The parking spot that is assigned to the condo is tuff though and is very hard to get in and out of, not the owners fault as I’m sure you can’t pick that. Even though the condo is on the smaller side it has everything you need to be comfortable. We enjoyed our stay as a family of 4 for 4 days. The owners were very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I’d stay here again.

Everything was great and as advertised. Short walk down to the beach without having to cross any roads, the condo itself was clean and very nice. Just be mindful of the parking as it is quite tight and a large SUV or truck may not fit in some of the spaces.

The property was very nice. It was a clean place. However to sleep six people in that small place was very hard. They should have advertised it to sleep 4.To have three adults a 13-year-old and a 7 year old and a 7-month-old there was no room to move around the pull out couch was horrible. There was nothing around and walking distance to do with kids. It advertises wild woodcrest where it's really Wildwood Crest Beach. And the parking spot barely fit a compact car which we were never told how small the spot was we were also not told that there was no extra parking for an additional car.

The condo was beautiful with really nice beach decor and furniture. It was also very clean and kitchen is full of dishes/pots/pans if you like to cook. The condo also has grills outside if you like to grill and access to two decks with beautiful beach views. I really enjoyed my stay at this condo, very spacious and owner is very responsive. Would definitely recommend !!!

We enjoyed this property's location especially the proximity to the beach. The Condo was well equipped, updated and was very clean. It more than met our expectations. The building also was well maintained. The only negative was the parking spot. It was a tight fit for our Chevy Colorado truck. But, we would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Kim & Frank's condo was the perfect place for my mom, sister, and I to stay for our long weekend in WWC! We loved being right on the beach block, and in walking distance from breakfast/lunch spots. The condo was clean, quiet, and cozy - we'd love to stay here again next summer.
