La casa es moderna y muy bien equipada, las camas son cómodas y los armarios bastante grandes, está muy cerca de la playa y es de bastante fácil acceso, Antonio ha sido muy atento y amable en todo momento igual que la chica de la limpieza, las camas son cómodas y el salon es muy amplio, la casa perfecta para grupos de amigos de 5-8 personas o familias

La única pega que le pondría a la casa, por poner una, es que el pasillo que conecta el salón con las habitaciones tiene un ventanal enorme, asique por las mañanas si tienes la puerta de la habitación abierta entra luz, pero a la vez es un punto extra porque da mucha iluminación a la casa

Very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Next to the hospital, but it does not have an influence on anything. Everything that is needed is there. The beds are very comfortable. Close to the beach which is not very comfortable, as you can see the harbor in front of you instead of the ocean, but it is good to have a bath anyway. There's a small caffe with bakery in the same building so one can have a great breakfast there (sweet or salty, whatever you desire). But most of all are the hosts! Antonio and Bautista are very helpful. It is great experience to be their guest.

This time I can describe and explain things that one may complain, but there are something good in each and every one experience: Yes, it is not close to the Las Canteras Beach, for 4 euro you can have a taxi there, but you do not have crowds of tourists nearby, there's peace and quiet. Yes, the main view is for the hospital, but if anything happens, it is enough to cross the street and you can get help. Yes, there's no dishwasher, but you can remember how it was to wash the dishes with your own hands in the sink. And there is all that you can complain if you really to find something. :-)

The flat was superb! It was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Two bathrooms and a lot of space. It is a good place to spend your time in Las Palmas. Twenty minutes walk to Las Canteras Beach. Roughly the same distance to Vegueta, the old quarter. The host, Antonio, was always helpful and accessible. We enjoyed our stay there immensely.

The WiFi connection doesn't make if all the way to the two bedrooms at the end of the corridor. The apartment doesn't have a great view (view on a hospital/street).

The location is superb, for the local beach, access to public transport, which meant shopping was easy. Its a lot quieter than you expect and getting around is easy. But the apartment is the star attraction,large ,comfy, quiet, relaxing, nothing to dislike.

No dislikes, but would benefit from air conditioning although room fans were adequate.

Roomy apartment next to the port, and a 30 min walk both to the main beach Las Canteras and the Santa Ana cathedral. A lot of windows, so it has a lot of light and air. There is a supermarket nearby. Would be great for a large group, and for the two of us it was more than enough. But what was the best was the host Antonio. He is very kind and there if you need anything dueing your stay. He allowed us to check out later when it was really helpful for us to do so. Thank you Antonio!
