距離浦東機場還是很遠 還得坐 25 分鐘酒店班車，只是適合過夜再飛的客人； 我早上9:30 打的， 11:10 才到徐滙區；晩上地鐵漕寶路上車20:30； 回到酒店22:40

The hotel is very clean and well located but there’s not many stores nearby. The breakfast is amazingly good!

Efficient, free shuttle, helpfulness of staff

Service staff were very helpful and friendly. I had carelessly left something on the plane and sought their help to contact the airlines. They helped me liaise with the airline staff and as language was a barrier, they wrote down instructions on a piece of paper for me to show the airline staff.

Cleanliness can be improved, i found a small piece of candy or biscuit on the chair. And a tiny cockroach/bug crawling up the toilet walls

Good location, as we needed the place to stay overnight between the two flights.

But the room reeked of cigarettes as there's been heavy smoking in the room. The staff also did not info us that this is not a non-smoking room. Not good at all!

Convenient to go/come from the Pudong Airport.

Only for catching an early morning flight, it's ok. For other purposes, it does not seem to meet your criteria.

I thought I missed the shuttle bus time and had to wait for the next one... however, the last one didn't leave yet because there was no passenger. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I would recommend contacting the shuttle bus driver or hotel before you arrive, so that they would know your schedule and probably can recommend the best time for you to take the shuttle bus ;)

Awefull drive with airshuttle. Driver should be suspended. No wifi access Hotel lobby shop doesn't take visa only cash

Room a bit small

It was clean, the bedroom was nicely sized & the beds were pretty comfortable ! I liked there is a convenience store in the hotel too !

All staffs can not speak English and it is very difficult to communicate with them.

Convenient hotel when you have long connection flights in Pudong airport . Shuttle bus to/from airport. Good breakfast. There is one small local restaurant in 1 min walking distance from the the hotel.

Shuttle to and from hotel. It was a good comfortable room for a night. It's clean and staff is very friendly. Bathrooms are so clean and beds are so comfortable
