Onze gastvrouw, Alicia, was echt supervriendelijk. We voelden ons direct thuis.

Prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding was top.
Onze kamer had geen raam, dit was jammer.

Very friendly and welcoming host, showers were hot and good pressure, lots of bathroom for the amount of rooms and good kitchen facilities. Clean and warm

The place is great and has all the amenities you might need - a fully equipped kitchen for you to cook, 2 shared bathrooms with a hot shower, and a comfortable bed with a heater in the room.
But the best are the owners. Extremely lovely people that not only took the time to meet us but gave us all the tips for what we wanted to do. Couldn't recommend it enough and thank you so much!

The staff is wonderful, Alicia is the best and the location is great
The walls are so thin and you can hear the other rooms thru them

The owners are warm and lovely. Close to the city center, a supermarket and bus-sur station. Hot water, hairdryer, kitchen, heater. So you can sleep well.
The room needs air vents.

Walking distance to the bus sur terminal (10mins). Also has restaurants and mini-markets nearby! Also very close to the supermarket. The owner’s mum was so welcoming and lovely despite the language barrier.
Good kitchen, great area for a short stay.
Both of the shower heads were broken (needed to be repositioned every time)

Good value room with shared kitchen and lounge.
You could hear other guests in the communal space from the bedrooms

The room was pretty spacious and clean. The location was convenient, walking distance to the center. The ratio for showers and rooms was also nice so I never had to worry about showers being taken either.
Not sure if it's the hotel's fault but when I went to the bathroom, there was pee on the floor and the toilet wasn't flushed, and there was a bunch of pubic hair left on the stall. The acoustics weren't that great either, I could hear everything from the other rooms. And also during the night, it seemed that the power went off, which resulted in my phone not being charged overnight, thankfully I still managed to charge a bit in the morning when the power turned back on.

Perfect place for a short stay in Punta Arenas. We stayed for 1 night before heading to the airport and it was great, super clean, comfortable, with everything we needed. The host was even kind enough to help us to organise a taxi for the morning, would highly reccomend this place.

Cute little family run hostel. We had the hostel to ourselves. They stored our bags while we went on an early morning tour and made us coffee/tea on our return
Place was a little chilly, heat was turned on once we got there and they did check in on us to make sure we were comfortable

The owner was so sweet and helpful as was her son who spoke English and helped me with suggestions on things to do.

Everything. Alicia was the nicest host we have met in our last four months travelling around South America. The accomdation provided everything from a prestine kitchen to a lovely hot shower. The location was perfect. I couldn't recommend this place more. Will definitely return if in Peuntas Arenas.
Nothing, everything was perfect.

Very friendly, clean and cared for accommodation

In general, the hostel has everything needed (showers OK, kitchen OK, beds OK, rooms are passable) but it feels like the hostel was put together from flee market furniture and equipment (not in a good sense).

So friendly and helpful! Made us feel at home

at groom and kitchen facilities were great, and very friendly staff
damp smell in our room, limited natural light, limited privacy due to very thin walls, and only one side table in the room

Very nice ladies that ran the place, very enthousiastic and we could check in late.
Only a window in the ceiling with no curtain, so there was no early night or late morning possible. Also, at 12 at night, the owners were watching television (loudly) in the communal area. This is not a quiet hostal, so if you have to get up early to see the pinguins or go to the airport, this might not be the hostal for you. Also, the pillows were rock hard.

Alicia and Olinda are so warm and inviting! They made me feel so welcome in their home and I loved spending time with them.
