Das Zimmer war wie immer bei den WMM Hotels modern, sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Auch der sehr grosse Kühlschrank war vorhanden. Das Bett war super. Nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich.

So sehr wir sonst von den WMM Hotels begeistert sind, dieses Mal gibt es einen Negativpunkt, welcher auf die Gesamtbewertung Einfluss hat. Es war kalt im Zimmer. Wenn man ins Zimmer kam, hatte man das Gefühl, dass es geheizt war. Aud die Dauer gesehen, war die Zimmertemparatur aber zu niedrig, so dass man in der Nacht lange Kleider anziehen musste, wollte man nicht frieren. Und dies obwohl der Temparaturregler auf dem Maximum war.

The property was great value for money and the facilities were good.

The room smelt of smoke, which for a non-smoker is pretty off putting. Could have done with more pillows. One isn’t enough when it’s that soft.

Über den offiziellen Account vom hotel wurde mir ein Phishing link zugeschickt, indem versucht wurde nochmal Geld abzubuchen (booking Layout wurde nachgebildet) . Habe es booking gemeldet und es wurde bestätigt, vom hotel selbst kam keine Entschuldigung noch irgendeine Stellungnahme, obwohl klar ist, dass diese gehackt worden sind und folglich alle Kundendaten einsehbar sind/waren

Close to a lot of job sites so it is practical if you have some business to attend to. 24hr check in is also very nice.

No staff. If you have any questions or concerns you have to call their number which is available until 10pm.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and convenient. It is free to park in front of the hotel. Self-checkin!

The cleaner entered our rooms without asking or permission at 9.20 in the morning while we.were.still.sleeping. She was so rude. We were.shocked.

Great stay for transit

when we reached the room . It was very dirty and not clean . The bed was used also and dirty . we called the hotel and complain so they change the room for us. I do not believe when I saw the room is used before we came and not clean.

GA Hotel. RECOMMENDED… and don’t worry about the booking procedure if you’re not used to it… it works. One stumbling point (our fault for not reading)… when you first arrive (first entry), you need to key in the booking reference number on the door handle keyboard, then press the “tick”, then key in the given door key code, then press “tick”. Every other entry, you just need the key code and press “tick”. We also booked another of the groups hotels in Germany the WU Hotel.
