Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Besonders war Frau Zineb Zaim sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr erleichtert. Das Personal bei der Rezeption hat immer in freundlicher und höflicher Art und Weise unsere Fragen beantwortet und ist in zuvorkommender Weise auf unsere Anliegen eingegangen. So konnten wir uns in der Stadt leichter bewegen und haben schöne Tage in Istanbul verbracht.

Müsaitlik durumuna bağlı olaraktan free upgrade ve bulunabileceğiniz taleplerle çok içten ve samimi ilgilendiklerini bildirmek isterim. Gece yarısı 03:30 civarlarında Önbüro ekibine bağlı olan (Bellboy) Volkan Bey içten ve karşılaması, Yorgunluk olmama rağmen bir tebessüm oluşturduğu için ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim. Aile ortamını yaşatmaya çalışan ve işini severek yapan insanlarla olmak güzel hissettiriyor !

Bir gezgin olarak böyle köklü bir otelde resepsiyon sorumlusu oda kartı vermek dışında hiç bir bilgi vermemesi bizi biraz hayal kırıklığı yaşattı. Beklentimiz sadece ufak bir bilgi edinmekti. 12. katta konakladığım odada manzara harika olsada, camlarda ki lekeler biraz büyüsünü kaçırıyor fakat bunları da mevsim geçişlerinde olabileceğini de göz önüne almakta fayda var.

The property is located a bit away from main hustle , and I wanted value for money , so it was a good pick

I didn’t like the air conditioning experience as the AC was on winter mode , while it was warm outside . That made the first 2 days a bit uncomfortable , however upon escalation we were upgraded and moved to a different room .

Room was very spacious and had a nice view of sunrise. Great breakfast with many veg options and amazing savoury food. It was very near to bus stop. Restaurant was 24x7 and food was delicious. In case of leaving in early hours, they offered packed breakfast as well. If all the staff was polite.

Location. It was a bit far from central and hence public transport connectivity is not that frequent and taxi would be only option of travelling late.

I’ve been a regular guest at this property for almost 6 years now due to its great location to KOĆ Hospital, and all the other touristic attractions around in Istanbul. This time around was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with them. Zineb from guest relations was exceptional to say the least.. She went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed.

24 hour room service food options could be better.

Behavior of the stuff .They were very helpful. Breakfast was good and customer relationship manager (Bvrgin) was extremely helpful . I will definitely Come back here if i want to visit istanbul again also will recommend my friends and family too .

Everything was just fine. We don t care about location, because the uber/taxi can get you where ever you want for low price. Staff was super! Especial, Zineb Zaid, Guest relations. Very good breakfast, clean room.. We ll come again.

I booked this hotel for the view. The view was great. SPA center at the basement is a good one. The reception decorations are nice.

The view is the main reason people could stay there. But they do not clean windows! They are dusty. Location is terrible. You surrounded by the cemetery and factories. No shops around (in 1km the nearest one) But the city center in 10mins by taxi. Coffee at the breakfast is bad. No fresh juice as well. The rooftop was closed. Technician had to fix the hot water tab at 10pm because there was no hot water.

Hard to reach location, dirty spotty room carpet, bad smell when switching the AC on. Uneven bed from its sides; feeling to slide off while sleeping 😳

Espace dans la chambre, le parking accessible facilement, le petit déjeuné, l’accueil du personnel. Merci surtout à Zineb pour son aide, sa gentillesse et pour l’organisation de l’anniversaire de ma fille !!!

Équipement dans les chambres, comparé à l’an dernier. Nous avons l’habitude d’avoirs les cotons démaquillants , chaussons, rasoirs, cotons tiges. Donc nous les avons pas apporté dans notre valise…

Понравился вид с 14 этажа. Вид был прекрасен. Чисто. Уютно. В номере есть всё необходимое.

Обман начался с того, что мы с женой заказывали этот отель, потому что было указано, что Отель предоставляет бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта. Для нас это было решающим фактором. Однако после бронирования номера оказалось, что бесплатного трансфера нет. Есть трансфер за 80 евро. А бронь безвозвратная. Свои ошибку не признали и деньги не вернули. Есть множество других прекрасных отелей за такие деньги и в лучших местах. Жить на кладбище не очень вдохновляет.

Nothing, everything was less then 1 star hotel

Poorest service, no English, no common sense for all staff including manager, staff lied, Aircon stopped working, told only 3 small water bottles allowed per day! how expensive is water?? This hotel is -1 star not close to 5 star as claimed. The fridge smells and has water in it, cleaners use some smelly cloth to clean, can’t follow instructions and no understanding of hospitality at all! They need some serious training!
