Perfect room in the heart of Noto !

Cozy, super clean and confortable room at the top floor of a nice house, perfectly situated in a quiet street in the center of Noto. Managed by the lovely nonna Lina who will take care of you as if you were family <3 Given the location and confort probably the best price / quality ratio ever, would definitely visit again if going back to Noto !

Nice stay in Noto

Nicely located next to Noto central street. The room was nice. The checkin was a bit “Italiano” as you have to wait for the owner to come in and open to you.

Comfortable stay filled with kindness

I highly recommend booking a stay in Sveva Rooms, at this wonderful accommodation run by an incredibly powerful and kind woman. Her warm welcome, assistance, and thoughtful gesture of providing water after a long walk made our experience truly special. The presence of two other helpful women adds to the welcoming atmosphere, making it a perfect destination for a memorable stay. We highly recommend it it for anyone who wants to stay in Noto. #WomenPower

They do not speak English but we could understand each other easily.

Very nice Area....Calm...good air condition ....personál try to ne nice...i was happy

From bathroom...From sink sometimes was no nice smell And desonfection...breakfast was lilte boring...juice, coffee, croissant

- location at 2 minutes from city center - Linda and the staff were very kind and willing to help us with everything - the breakfast was very good (continental breakfast) - the place was very clean

Welcoming

The host and her staff were lovely! Friendly and helpful and charming. The location was excellent - a 5 minute walk to Noto’s beautiful centre with cathedral, museums, galleries, and shops. The rooms were a generous size with air conditioning and the bathrooms were well kitted out. There was very little noise, either from outside or inside the building. Breakfast was included. The beds were large with good quality linen. Tiled floors; suitcase stands and a mini fridge. There was an excellent restaurant next door.

Super well located in the heart of Noto!

The B&B is very nicely located in the heart of Noto, just a few minutes walking distance from all the main attractions! The room and the toilet were very spacious and equipped with all needed for our stay. Also the breakfast was very nice!

Feels like home!

Friendly staff, centrally located to visit Noto and great croissants for breakfast. The flexibility in check in and out is a great benefit.

Nice place to stay in Noto

Great location, 3 min walk to the main street. Fairly easy to find free parking nearby. The rooms were clean and quite big. Breakfast was there, but pretty basic though.

Mind that the host doesn't speak English - but you can use Google translate voice app to get around and communicate. )))

The location is OK but not on weekends because of the social club located at the corner of the building. Very close to the city center.

If you are given the room 103 you will be just above the water pump and it will be impossible for you to sleep after 6 am even with ear plugs. Very annoying if you are not used to short nights.

We enjoyed our stay. The hostess tried her best to get a taxi for us to the train station, but none were available.

Perfect location!

We were there when the hotel was fully booked by a big family, but the staff who greeted us (Leena) made us feel so at home, and treated us so well. We had booked a Deluxe Double Room, and were allocated a beautiful, spacious room with a little balcony at a quiet corner of the building, so that we will have more privacy. Despite the large number of guests at the hotel, we didn't hear any noise at all. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, and the coffee was great! We managed to find free parking by the side of the road outside the hotel, and this hotel's location is so central to all the highlights of the city. We were able to just walk everywhere without the need of our car. Overall, a very positive experience, and Leena made it more special with her bubbly personality!

Lovely b&b in the centre of Noto, Lina was very nice and helpful. The room was perfect, with a lovely view! Good breakfast.

Expected more

Location but restaurant on street below may bother early sleepers.

Run down. Photos not accurate. Bathroom electrical cable secured with tape. Cupboard knob loose - thread worn so knob comes off in your hand. Bed legs loose with risk of collapsing. Toilet seat loose. Poor breakfast.

Very good

staff was very nice and the location is great. there is a wonderful bakery cafe just out of the entrance door, and short walking to the old center.

AC was noisy and the place is less suitable for people with climbing difficulties

Very friendly host, nice rooms

The host Lina was very welcoming and friendly, and went out of her way to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. She also had the air conditioning running before we arrived which was very much appreciated as it was extremely hot! The location is right in the centre of Noto so it's really convenient for walking around, although you might have to hunt a bit for parking (we didn't have too much trouble) and you can't park on the road itself.

Stay here!

What a beautiful stay! From the enormous bed to the luxury style shower it was such a nice was to spent a single night in Noto. Laying in bed and looking at the beautiful ceiling was just perfect! Thank you so much to the very kind hosts who showed me around! Very central to the main Noto area.

The place to stay in Noto!

Easy check-in, very well arranged and a free real Italian espresso when you arrive :). The host is very nice and friendly and will make your experience pleasant. The B&B is in the old city center so very conveniently located. The rooms are big and spacious and look great. Noto is an amazing little city with tons of baroque gems to explore. Stay overnight for the real experience.

Breakfast could have been better. Very friendly staff, accommodating and great location.

There was a cockroach in the stairs for days. The beds were super hard.
