Die Wohnung liegt extrem ruhig, das ist wirklich ein großes Plus - dafür weit vom touristischen Sirmione enfernt...für uns genau das, was wir wollten. Es gibt einen Pool und die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber waren extrem nett und brachten uns noch eine Packung frischen Kaffee. Praktisch ist auch die Tiefgarage mit direktem Zugang in den Garten.

Bei guten 1000 Euro pro Woche sollten Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher inclusive sein - dafür noch 10 Euro pro Person zu verlangen, fanden wir nicht okay. Außerdem war es relativ dreckig - eher überall verstaubt. Wir hatten das GEfühl, dass wir nach der Winterpause die ersten Gäste waren und vorher nicht ordentlich geputzt wurde. Überall war viel Staub, Wollmäuse auf dem Boden verteilt, Spinnweben in den Ecken. Ich habe daher erstmal staubgewischt und gesaugt, nachdem wir angekommen waren. Bei dem Preis für mich nicht okay. Auflagen auf die Liegestühle wären super gewesen, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Hosts very responsive, quiet location, good facilities, great sized swimming pool, outside seating and lounging area. Lovely apartment in general.

Not any fault of owners but there were quite a few wasps and mosquitoes around.

Everything was as described and better - perfect size for 4 adults and 1 child, very well equipped kitchen. Everything was sparkling clean and the pool was super clean. It is a perfect place for those who seek a low profile private location. The backyard was an amazing bonus as we spent almost all the time in the backyard sunbathing, having meals in the backyard and just relaxing. It is about 10 minutes walk from the lake but we felt it was great to be a bit outside of hustle and bustle. The owners also provided us with free bikes which was great. Supermarket Migros is just 7 minutes walk and there is a nice wine shop Domini Venetti 300 meters away. The parking is in the garage. Definitely recommended!

We liked everything
