エレベーターに掲示してあった朝食メニューはなかった。楽しみにしていたので少し残念に思った。

There are plenty of supply of free coffee, fruit juices and also some snacks in the afternoon. The location is convenient to the CBD of Kyoto.

The quality of breakfast is average. Can skip the breakfast.

口コミ通りの良いホテルでした。 急に寒くなったので大浴場で温まりました。 朝食は美味しく、ティータイムやバータイムなどラウンジのサービスも良かったです。

Die Snackbar und das Getränkeangebot tagsüber ist wirklich außergewöhnlich! Es war ein rundum guter Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und die Lage top!

Leider keine Möglichkeit die Fenster zu öffnen oder nach draußen zu schauen in den Zimmern.

L’hôtel est très moderne, très propre et super bien placé.

Le personnel froid et très peu accommodant, comme jamais rencontré au Japon. Onsen un peu léger

Meravigliosa struttura. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. A vari orari della giornata offrono vari servizi gratuiti nella hall principale, caffè la mattina, tè al pomeriggio, aperitivi alla sera. Nella foto uno dei cocktail del giorno offerti all’aperitivo, con liquore al matcha locale. La struttura dispone anche di un onsen. Ottima posizione, il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Consigliatissimo.

The room, facilities, and services provided are very good.

I believe the breakfast could be improved. Additionally, we booked the family option with breakfast included, but our kid was charged separately, which is not satisfactory.

Interconnecting rooms were difficult to shut and lock

Wasn’t expecting but everything was excellent and beyond! The staff were amazing! The onsen was pretty good for a chain hotel in the middle of Kyoto. The rooms were very spacious for Japanese standards. And a total surprise was the fact the there were free drinks and small bites all day! Including wines and champagne!

very good hotel. we had 2 connecting rooms for our group of 5. Amazing breakfast every morning above and beyond, coffee entire day, wine at night. We loved complementary communal bath. used Uber all the time. train station 7 minutes walking.

I would prefer walk in shower.

Nice clean room, quite spacious, breakfast was good but if you travel from europe with kids then they might not have good variety to choose from as most of the food was quite japanese. We loved it though! Coffee machine was very slow and not a proper one for such a lot of people, better suited for home use. Try the local sauna (hot tub)!

Free drink and free snack and late night free dishes. Good and comfortable big bath room “Onsen”.

Excellent guest services, hotel staff always very polite, helpful and greeting with smile. Very clean everywhere. The fresh cooked breakfast was delicious with variety of options . I liked complimentary coffee & smoothies service in the morning, wine & snack in the evening, and late night meal. The room was sparkling clean and bathroom was shining clean. Excellent location for public transportation, 15 minutes walking distance to some sightseeing places. This hotel is much better than 5 star hotels.

Great location, about 5 minutes walk from Karasuma/Shijo station, and really near a very lively street of Kyoto. It feels very downtowny. Relatively comfortable rooms, and the lounge area always has free stuff available like juice and sometime snacks.

Rooms are a bit small. Breakfast selection is varied but not as tasty as other places in Kyoto.
