The location was convenient for the city and upper city. The accommodation was comfortable and as described. The checking in instructions were clear. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Everything was lovely!!! This suite is one of the best I've ever stayed at. The decoration is sophisticated and beautiful and our host Chiara was always available. By the way, we stayed at this hotel for my wedding and they even let us take photos of the makeup session in the room. I could be more grateful with Chiara and Indisparte Suites for making everything perfect. Breakfast was also excellent and they even prepared earlier than expected because of the wedding time. There is a parking lot inside and the building in general is well served and comfortable. I will definitely go back and recommend this hotel 100%

Great location. Very comfortable bed. The cafe that provides the breakfast was good.

Check out is 10.30am (a little earlier than we are used to in other places). It is quite noisy as the windows overlook a busy road.

Very clean suite, comfortable, easy to reach form the train station and in walking distance to the center. We received all necessary details in advance, which ensured us a smooth check in/check out.

The walls would probably need some repainting, but that was a minor thing for us.

great apartment not so far away from city center. Everything what you need: small fridge, tea and for 10 eur per day we got safe parking spot in underground garage. you have supermarket nearby and few coffee spots.

One key issued for a family room which was not sufficient and was very awkward as needed key to access the lift also. Rooms were very warm at night time

Only one thing - in one of the rooms when you take a shower the water goes on all bathroom, there should be something to stop the water.

The property were really responsive the entire duration of my stay. It is based in fantastic location, it was easy to find and access. The check in process was clear and simple. The room has accessible sockets around the room. The property was clean and fresh. Excellent value for money.

The room that I was based in was facing a construction site. We weren’t entirely sure that the curtains or blinds did the job especially with the construction site being able to see into the bathroom. We didn’t realise until we showered that the shower head doesn’t stay up so we had to use one hand to hold the shower head up. The WiFi from our room wasn’t working it was on 1 bar the entire time, which made some aspects of the trip difficult. I would recommend getting a WiFi booster for that room. The air conditioning and fan was really loud. Most shops closed at around 10pm, what could have made this stay a bit handy would be to have a vending machine somewhere. Or to have some snacks and bottles of water at the room, could have been helpful. Due to no staff being present on site, it would have been helpful to have some extra towels in the wardrobe.

Great location, lift, easy access.

Location was excellent, 10 minute bus journey from the airport and a 20 minute walk from Città Alta. Room was very clean and spacious.

Everything was very nice, location is very good near the city centre and close to the cablecar going to the Old Bergamo town. Wifi was pretty fast, shower had hot water. Nothing to complaign about.

I missed a bin in the room, there was only little one in the bathroom, so that is my recommendation to add a little bin to make the stay more convenient.

The bathroom was disgusting! The shower was covered with black mould and the curtain at the bottom was dirty. As that was not enough, As soon as the shower water was opened, a terrible smell comes out. The smell of public toilets. Probably the shower curtain was impregnated. We went to buy flip-flops because it was outrageous. The room was ok, nothing special. Both bedside lights did work, the TV was in a random place and very small. We paid for the breakfast, but because was the 1st of Jan we received a message saying that they would provide the breakfast from the Bar and leave it outside of the room on the 31st afternoon. All we have received we're a few biscuits, jam, Nutella and stuff like that. That was not provided by a bar, but straight from the supermarket. Because we didn't have any milk or coffee we end up on going to a proper bar. To summarize, we have paid extra for the flip-flops and breakfast because the property did not provide a proper service, the service we paid for.

Great and very pretty apartment, large rooms, nice location, included breakfast nearby and paid parking option which we've used. Very helpful staff that explained everything step-by-step, with pictures and videos, because without these it wouldn't be as easy finding the apartment and navigating the parking. Large balcony. Some shopping options around, which we didn't use, ~20 min walk to the old town, and less than ~10 min walk to where most of the restaurants are concentrated.

If I have to go nitpicking - the bathroom is a bit too easy to spray water all over, having only half-closed shower cabin, especially when you have kids. Nothing else comes to mind.
