the property is quite new, the host is exceptionally hospitable.

from the moment we arrived the host was amazing, welcomed us and gave us a tour of the property and the surrounding areas. Very friendly and explained all the keys/security features and where to find everything we would need for our stay. Towels were provided and even beers and lovely locally sourced Nata's. The Villa is locally situated and is a nice walk along the seafront to the old town.

The owner was fantastic. The apartment itself was gorgeous inside and out. Decorations and amenities were outstanding. It was us and our 6 kids and there was more than enough room for all of us. The balconies were great, beautiful yard/landscaping, parking is great, ping pong table and outdoor couches were awesome also. It’s an extremely safe and convenient location with a lot of the local Cascais attractions very close by. Nice little grocery store is a 4 minute walk away. We can’t wait to go back and we will definitely stay in Pine Tree Villa again. Thank you Jorge!
