Facilities and location were good.
I had booked for my parents. They mentioned there were mosquitoes which caused disturbed sleep in the night

The staff is the only nice thing about this property. They are really cooperative and courteous.
The property looked decent in the pictures. But, it was different in real. The room I got had no sound proofing and very disturbed sleep due to traffic 24/7. Frequent power cuts and no back up.
To top it all, only my room lost power and I was asked to sleep in their utility room because my room didn’t have power for hours in the night after 12 and there was no other rooms available. What if this happened to a family or a couple?

Rate shown in the web portal of Booking Com not matching as in practice Hotel is charging per day much more Rental along with Commission Taxes etc. FOOD is good but price is much. As per Govt notification published in different Newspapers, Rate of Packeged drinking water bottle must be sold at the printed price, whereas hotel is selling by adding 33% extra, which I hv mentioned but not addressed. Calculation process of Food bill is also not at all correct. Food bill should be countersigned by the guest immediately after serving.

The location
The rooms were not available right on time even when they were prepaid the day before. Our friends and colleagues travelled long way and had to wait for so long to get the room. Receptionist was rude and illogical.

Centrally located, easy to reach. Rooms were changed on request. AC and the hot water was working.
Too much noise from the road and it is hard to sleep

Clean rooms , mainly the restroom were very clean , owner was kind too , really recommend for couples and family

Close to Little Mount metro station and 15 minutes from Airport.
Comfortable bed and clean room with private shower room.
Staff was helpful.
Check-in took a bit too long.

Hotel Staffs are very cordial and mannered.
I have Asked to fix the washroom lights but they didn’t do that. Room is not sound proof, so much noice were coming from outside. Bad smell was always there coming from kitchen to lift area.
