The ambience
The behaviour of the manager was too bad. He was literally shouting on us. No breakfast had been served even after I booked the hotel , included breakfast. They made us left the room at 10.00 am while the checkout time is 11.00. They're just too bad. No manners , no courtesy. They didn't know how to behave with clients.

The hotel didn’t provide us the breakfast and they said it not included but I have the confirmation with breakfast.

Far from sea side. Small size bed with dirty bed cover. Elevator not working where stay at 4rth floor. No intercom receiver...

Receptionist ask for extra money which i booked they took 200 per/day extra amount from i booked
And also bedsheet was not clean

We only liked the swimming pool facility
The hotel people were not at all co operative in any area as well we were supposed to check out in the evening but they made us check out in the morning, room service is very bad and staff are arrogant.
