The Location. The view from the front veranda was beautiful. The existence of a second “internal” veranda.

1) The bedroom was at a different building than the living room. We had to cross one part of the veranda to go from the bedroom to the living room. 2) The room was not accessible by car.

The view from the room is superb and we really liked the design concept of it. When needed the hosts were easy to contact and responded very quickly to a couple of smaller issues we had on the first day.

As much as we like the design of the room the real touch of quality that is expected in this price bracket was sadly missing and it probably represented the worst value for money in a 4 week holiday in Greece. It feels a little like it is a work in progress still. We had turned on the hot water but on several occasions it and the water pressure did not work. In a bathroom that is already practical but quite small this was disappointing. The large televisions in the rooms did not work - not relevant for us as we did not need them - but surprising that they are there if they serve no purpose. Once there is a little more focus on the detail and it is as good as the design concept I think it could be worth another visit!

The view

I had two separate rooms so the bedrooms was very small. I had to step around my opened bag on the floor.

The location is great, right at the port. The view overlooking the port is amazing. The design is very nice.

It felt a bit overpriced for what it offered. The room was quite unique in terms of design but some details were off in terms of maintenance/cleanliness. The bathroom is small as is the bedroom. For someone to enjoy the overall experience, they need to appreciate living both indoors and outdoors and take advantage of the amazing terrace. With a bit more care and a lower price it can be a 10.

This was by far the worst hotel we ever stayed in this price range. Our main destination was Milos were we stayed in much better rooms for much less.

- Very well designed. - Awesome outside spaces with great view. - There were breakfast snack waiting for us in the room. - The matress and (many) pillows were comfortable. Overall a great stay but a bit overpriced.

-A brand new accommodation but you could see that there were some small issues with the maintenance - nothing major thought. -The bedroom and bathroom were a bit small. -There was a very very unstable WiFi connection.

We loved everything about the room/house and will definitely visit again! It has an amazing view, everything is in walking distance, and it also combines privacy with easy access to everything. The room is well equipped and it's like renting 2 rooms at the price of one, as the living room is independent.
