In the center of the city, could walk everywhere. Renovated, very spacious, enough room for 4.

There was a funky odour from the bathrooms and one day we turned on the aircondition had to shut it down imediately due to foul odour again. The walls and wardrobe doors had stains. There is no cleaning service unless you pay extra. The road seems quite but after midnight we could see drunk people everywhere. Even urinating behind the trash cans....

The property was not the one from the photos. I thought that the terrace was bigger, but it turned out to be quite small.

Ac didn’t cool main bedroom very well. Back bedroom and bathroom Stayed very hot at night.

Hotel at great location. Quite and close to city center (Puerto del Sol) or Public transportation The rooms are wide, clean and so comfortable. Neighbood also safe and calm. You can open the doors with application, so that is perfect. The balcony is very nice, furniture and all items are new and quality product. Briefly if you are looking for quality accommodation, I definitely recommend you.

Good apartment with everything we needed. Balcony was a nice extra! Spacious rooms with good sized bathrooms. Lots of space in living room. Lots of stairs so the lift was handy with suitcases. Easy to check in, pay and get access code.

Slight noise from next door who had children. This was only heard in the daytime so didn’t affect us too much.

The apartment was in a great location but on a quiet street, it was spotless, it was in good condition and exactly like was shown in the pictures, nice to have a roof terrace too

I couldn't open the balcony door or shut the hallblind. Both were damaged.

The apartment was very well equipment and EXTREMELY clean. The building is conveniently located 7-10 minute walk from Puerta del Sol (right in the heart of everything). Unlike other 2-bedroom apartments I have rented in the past, this apartment was huge. Both bedrooms were big, the master even had a walk-in closet and both bathrooms were also pretty large. The day of the check-in I always get a little anxious if I dont receive the door codes and access links by 1pm (even though check-in is officially at 3pm). I called the customer-service number just to make sure everything was in order, and was told that as soon as the unit was cleaned, I would receive the codes. 30 minutes later, I had the codes sent to me via e-mail.

Very good location and very well cleaned.

One of the rooms had a strong and bad smell. Since we will stay only one night we didn’t mentioned this to the staff, but it was a “toilet” smell, let’s say.

Excellent location in centre of town. Plenty of room, loved balcony & huge shower. Had issue one morning with no hot water but contacted office & someone arrived in 20 mins to fix.
