Schade, da eigentlich viel Potential

Super Lage

Bei Ankunft war die Toilette nicht geputzt, wurde zwar nach einem Anruf nachgeholt, aber darf eigentlich nicht passieren. Fenster könnten auch eine Reinigung vertragen. Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen. Bettwäsche hatte Löcher. Mäßige Ausstattung (keine Auflagen für Liegen, kein Salz, keine Tabs oder ähnliches für die Spülmaschine, Shampoo wirkte als wäre es mit Wasser gestreckt). Zu guter letzt freilaufende Hunde, was nicht jeder Gast gut finden dürfte.

Enjoyable

The location and the view is amazing hence our second stay. Comfortable bedding and love the bath. Everything you could want really.

Very small things… maybe a sharper knife and some scissors would have been useful. We stayed 3 days and could have benefitted from extra towels.

View is to die for..

Could do with a bit of an update on appliances and furniture. Place was a bit dusty could do with a spring clean.

Excellent except for above

Everything was wonderful except a couple of details below

(1) Lounge in photo was leather modern L shape. What was their old lumpy lounge. (2) when going for walk on beach sliding does not lock on outside which meant valuables exposed. (3) Owners dog Rufiki second day on beach followed and stalked daughter who is afraid of unknown dogs.The first time we had to turn back half way the second time hardly started walk at all then she wouldn’t go on beach so had to drive to pea soup so we could enjoy walk on beach which defeated the reason of getting and paying for ocean views. Third day we had found out who the dog belonged to and that it was friendly so daughter was then able to go back down beach without worry of the dog scaring her as much since it stayed by our side the entire walk and back. She was still worried in case it got into a fight with another dog but I told her it must do this everyday and hopefully other dog owners will sought it out. ( Can I please strongly suggest you let people know that the properties dogs name and that it is very friendly and maybe a picture of it so other people don’t get frightened. ( a lot of people are afraid of dogs). It wouldn’t have maybe mattered if it was just going past but it was trying to interact with my daughter and when she told it to go away it started barking at her which freaked her out. )

The view and location was spectacular with all the amenities one would need. Great property and truly a relaxing haven.

The TV needs to be upgraded to a smart tv, also we found the bed to be hard and the gas log fire place was restricted to a low flame so the ambience a fire place could not be enjoyed.

Exceptional

A beautiful beach side villa, it was magical to sit on the deck and enjoy the view. A very spacious villa and comfortable bed. The jacuzzi is also very enjoyable as you can see the sea from the bedroom and bathroom. Would love to visit again.

Bliss at the beach

The view and access to the beach.

It appeared the cleaning wasn’t quite finished in ours. Not enough towels, no bin liners. A phone call fixed these though.

The chaise of the lounge suite is so worn it is not usable unless you want to sit in a hole.

Stunning view and great location, quiet and secluded.

The villa was a bit tired and in need of some maintenance. The curtains were coming off the hooks, a rack was broken in the dishwasher, and the bed linen had seen better days.

Amazing views, peaceful hideaway

The view and location was jaw dropping and spectacular, good amenities, we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

there was a lot of lime scale on some surfaces and a bit of mould in places, the hot water service took a while to get going

Gorgeous location right on beach but expensive

The view to the ocean, comfortable bed, log fire, we’ll equipped kitchen

A few maintenance issues- bathroom sink drained very slowly, needs to be unblocked, vacuum cleaner didn’t work, also no shampoo ( someone had filled the bottle with water)

Exceptional

Loved the location- right in the beach. Stunning views to wake up to. Also loved that we could bring our dog along. Kitchen was well equipped. Unit was very clean. Look forward to future visits.

Nothing really. The TV's could do with updating - no USB ports so couldn't connect Chromecast to watch Netflix etc. This was not a big issue.

Very good

We chose this location for views and the spa and that is exactly what we received. We wanted a relaxing weekend and that’s exactly what we got.

The cleanliness wasn’t 100%. Foors were dirty on arrival and surfaces all needed dusting. There was a hair in the spa and the shower head is full of corrosion - with cleaners provided it shouldn’t get that way with correct cleaning.

Gorgeous Views

Gorgeous views. Great location, easy walk to town, quiet beach front, sunrise and sunset amazing, the odd whale passing by was unexpected but spectacular.

Great location and great host. Would love to come again

Very nice host and we felt welcome. We arrived pretty late at night (as we got stuck and need roadside assistance). The host came out and showed us how things work in the house. We also love the view and very quick access to the beach. Great to travel with do.

Outstanding location, views and right on the water edge with balcony- absolute perfection.

Pillows were lumpy, you could feel the lounge couch springs. Had to clean including empty dishwashers empty rush bush bin outside. Not all functions on the spa were working

There was a built in vacuum, it did not work really well and the hose separated (informed the owners) which made it extra hard to clean
