-The owner was quite helpful and communicative during our stay -The rooms are located in an old building which is renovated. so all the facilities are new. -The location is walking distance from traditional food market and centre of the city. there are a few nice cafe around for breakfast as well as a cool Jazz club -there was a little balcony with side views to both end of the street. -If you need to park very close to the property you need a low emission zone permit.

The room was very clean. Distance to interesting places like cathedral or Palatine Chapel are not big. Nathalie was nicely taking care and helping with useful informations. Soft jazz tones coming from outside in the late evenings were very pleasant “extra”.

There was nothing.

The location is amazing, very central. The room is very spacious and the host was very responsive. The balcony is super cute and the bed upstairs was comfortable. It had a fridge, stove, kettle etc.

I can sleep almost anywhere, but the bed downstairs can not be classified as a bed (we had the room with the two floors), it was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on, the mattress felt like it was stabbing my back and I could not sleep. However, the mattress upstairs was super comfortable, so if they could have one of those downstairs it would significantly improve the experience. I would also say that it got quite noisy at night as it's in the center, so if you want peace and quiet maybe don't stay in the center (I don't think it's entirely the apartment's fault). Overall it was a positive experience that just needs some minor improvements :)

The apartment was nice though small but had all you need for the 3 days we stayed. The location is a building away from dead center but that's more a con than a pro. Right down the road from the fountain it's where the horse carriages park and the area smells pretty badly from horse pee, i kid you not. Other than that, the apartment was renovated and nicely designed, it even has an espresso machine.

It was on the 2nd floor (though the building has a mid floor as well) so that's a lot of stairs, the bed also had stairs to go to, which makes it pretty hard for people that have mobility issues or that are just tired from all day walking around Palermo. The location though close to the center, we didn't feel safe to return late and because we came with a car, it was a nightmare to park close, we ended up leaving the car in the video surveillance parking center , that's not their fault though. The view from the balcony we had is pretty much not existent, we were just seeing a brick wall, so definitely paying for a balcony wouldn't really worth it, maybe their roof suites would have been a better choice. The bed mattress (not the sheets) were a bit smelly of sweat as well. It was also self check in with a bunch of codes, which feels pretty impersonal and doesn't make you feel confident if somethings happens someone can help you. They did send us a list of about 50 places to go (which is kinda useless, since you know, it's 50 bars/restaraunts and we have no rating to choose from), they also let us stay the final day as much as we need which is a plus (however our flight back was in 13:00 so we didn't use it to be fair)

Right to the center, clean, beautiful terrace!

There were no central heating, just an air-condition so maybe not appropriate for the cooler months. The bathtub does not have a cover and that led to mopping the whole bathroom after each shower!

Located in the historical centre surprisingly quite, close to trattorias/cafés/bars/shops/POI's. Spacious, two-level, recently renovated apartment with all kitchen utensils and tableware one may need. Spotlessly clean and carefully managed by a very welcoming, helpful hostess. With a lift promised to be provided this fall, the property is worth to be boosted to a 10+ rating. Thanks, Natasha

It is a 16th century building with high ceiling (an upside) and, as a result, with many steps to climb to get to the third floor. However, it may be critical only when checking in with bulky luggage.

It was a perfect apartments right in the center of Palermo. Great location, very clean and cozy. There is everything you can need for your stay. Owner is very friendly and helpful, always easy to communicate via whatsup. And the view from terrace is really great. 10 out of 10!
