Spacious apartment with a good view

This apartment was very spacious, I liked the view out of the window to the pool. The location was good, quite close to the main streets, a bit of walk to the beach. Liked balcony option to eat out. In general it was a pleasant stay.

Appliances in the kitchen could be more and duvets could be more fresh. Otherwise, it was fine. Don't know if that is an issue in Spain in general but the water in the bath was with a lot of chlore, a bit too much, considering that some people have sensitive skin.

Une étape agréable lors d’un long road trip a moto 👍

Un « appart-hotel » à deux pas du centre ville, dans un quartier tranquille. Certes il faut marcher un peu pour accéder aux plages, mais cela permet de parcourir quelques rues piétonnes de la villes. L’hôtel est assez confortable, avec un grand salon, un balcon et son mobilier, et un coin cuisine disposant de tout le nécéssaire. Il faut juste penser à ne pas laisser traîner de nourriture car des toutes petites fourmis surgissent vite de nulle part ! 😅 La piscine est bien entretenue et propre. La construction est typique des années 60-70, l’isolation phonique aussi. Rien de grave mais on sait ce que les voisins, peut-être un peu sourds, regardent à la télé. On sait aussi quand ils dorment ! 😁 L’accueil de Suzana, par téléphone car nous sommes arrivés en dehors des horaires de réception, a été très sympathique ! En tout cas le rapport qualité/prix est bon et nous y avons passé deux jours agréables. 👍

Horrible. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.

The sheets on the bed were dirty on inspection at arrival. Upon contacting property host the sheets weren’t changed until the following day. Hair in bath and old food left in fridge. There was no kettle, clothes drying rack or key for safe despite this advertised on website. The swimming pool area was filthy with food and wrappers scattered around lounges. There were people drinking alcohol and smoking in the mornings and throughout the day at the pool. Hosts never stopped it despite signs at the pool. Very intimidating and uncomfortable as a pregnant person to try and relax at the pool. We had to leave 2 days early and book into a hotel due to the poor facilities and smoking and drinking at pool. Both hosts and booking.com were unhelpful with these issues.

Perfect for families and pool lovers

The pool and garden were perfect, with shades and lounge chairs. The accommodation had a great view overlooking the pool with floor to ceiling windows. Great location, in the centre of town but also nice and quiet. It also has a little restaurant a couple of paces away if you wanted a quick bite.. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Location. Price. Quiet.

No staff. No reception apart from day of arrival. Sheets hadn't been changed from previous guest . Missing door on fridge icebox, consequently main compartment close to freezing.

Disappointing service from management

Susana was helpful. Room was big with nice view. Bed was comfortable

Door lock failed on first night. Leaving me out of room for hours. I had left without my phone. Neighbours tried to call the main WhatsApp and other, number - neither were answered. No staff on site to assist which i understand is a requirement in Spain. No visible emergency number for out of hours. In previous years there was always a staff member there at night. Other guests sent message via booking.com. Neighbours took a big risk to rescue me by climbing out of their balcony into my living room window even though I asked them not to due to the risk of injury. Hours later the very helpful maintenance guy arrived and sorted new card keys again leaving me waiting another hour but at least he got it sorted and was very helpful. I am unsure which message got to him. The entire event was very stressful. I gave money to the lads next door to thank them for their assistance. This was not refunded by owners. Complaint made through booking re same was not answered. Apparently no complaints forms on site which again is a requirement for businesses in Spain. . No apologies from management. Major noise at night from party in another apartment along with daytime noise from some works within the building. Hob for cooking didn't work. Kitchen utensils are probably older than me and handles coming off pans. Kitchen is old and some doors dont fully close. Cleaning didn't happen for the 12 days I was there. Place was very dirty. Dust under bed was ridiculous. I am happy to verify this with photos if required. No seating in common areas which had been there before. Ants everywhere as noted by other guests. Needs a huge amount of work to bring it back up to standard. All of the above really upset me and ruined the holiday.

Nice place to stay

Easy and quick communication with the owners. Check in was super easy. They were also able to accommodate a late check out with a fee. Very central location. We took the train directly from the airport, only a 20mins journey and a short walk to the apartment. Spacious apartment. Nice pool.

The bed wasn't particularly comfortable. Some ants in the kitchen.

Susanna was very helpful with the booking as we arrived late at night and left early in the morning.

The appartment felt a bit cold at night as the weather was cold at night maybe a portable heater would be a good idea.

Great stay with good location and a good price.

There was no breakfast included but it was easy to make yourselt in the kitchen att the room.

There was no heating at all even if there was radiators in the rooms.

Nice location. Close to everything. Spacious apartment good communications from apartments prior to check in. Helpful what's app number to contact management.

Uncomfortable beds and the fact that you had to buy your own toilet paper once that provided had run out. Limited number of plug sockets.

It was quite fine

Being on the 5th floor was not great as my friend and I are both scared of heights.

Bit noisy, more youngsters in the hostel and night time no reception. Pool was being used when guest got back from a night out, early morning 4-5am. They were noisy.

Nice stay in Torremilanos

Still some renovation work going on but it will be for the best room was freshly decorated and was perfect for our 1week stay it was a short stroll into center of Torremilanos

the room was infested with bed bugs / ants. received over 20 bites on my legs alone. filtered my booking for a hotel with a pool and the pool was out of order.

Inside area is a building site even at weekends. Outside area is derelict. Builders let themselves into our room whilst we weren't there to plaster. No water for 2 days. No one on reception

We are totally angry and disgusted with is place.

This property should have never been advertised on Booking.com. It was going through renovation. The halls were filled with building debris. The balcony was never cleaned so that you could not use it. There was constant noise , banging, drilling etc. No hot water for three days before our departure. No one at reception to help us. There was only one cleaning lady and she tried her best to help us , but she was overwhelmed. we were told the whole staff quit because they couldn’t work under these conditions and their boss. If it is possible we would like some money compensation as our vacation was totally ruined by these living conditions. They offered our money back only if we found another place,but they did this three days before we were to leave. No possibility as it was too late to do this. Disgraceful. Again if we could get our money back or some sort of monetary reimbursement it would be appreciated.
