The location was fantastic!
The view wasn’t the best from our window and the cockroaches.

The secure carpark was a benefit.
I experienced and saw on a number of occasions staff being rude and disrespectful to people staying when they had questions everything was and effort and they were extremely rude.
The room was untidy and not clean, even when cleaners came in daily throughout my stay, only towels were replaced, and nothing was cleaned.
Overall i wouldn't be staying there again.

The sound proof is pretty bad, and only a paper thin sheet as a quilt, which is bit weird

The reception staff and cleaning supervisor lady were very rude, ill-mannered and non co-operative. There were no slippers. Quilt was dirty without cover on it. Toilet was dirty which was later cleaned upon insisting to the cleaning supervisor.

Close to CBD, Shops and Restaurants. They allowed for us to leave our luggage there whilst we did a short Kakadu tour.
Room was dirty, had not been cleaned properly, remnants of previous guest in shower, toilet and vanity.
Cleaning was not evident during our stay.
Stayed 8 nights in total, sheets not changed even when we removed sheets and pillow cases as a hint.
Reception a mixed bag, some good some just picking up their wages.
Pool, hmmn an oversized bathtub.

We booked this hotel for access to a balcony. On arrival we were told the room with the balcony hadn't been cleaned so it wasn't available. We were very disappointed.

Standard room was too small. We upgraded to a King size bed Booking.com offered taxi from airport at an exorbitant price $170 plus. Rip off.
Our taxi costs $32 from the airport. Hope to take a taxi back

Entry gates did not work properly. Front desk staff had no idea what to do when we tried to extend.

That it doesn't have a kitchen to cook for yourself I know it's a hotel I still prefer to cook my own food at times

there was nothing I liked about it, because it was not the property advertised. The hotel have a pizza bought an old used hotel at the back that’s in serious need of renovation and was actively being renovated whilst I was in it.

We arrive at a notified 1am to party Central, a boiling hot room and only enough towels for half or us.

The big bed. Very clean and comfy. Friendly staff. Easy. Great central location. Just what I needed after a long day of travelling!
