The swimming pool and location.

Clean and well equipped, central location. Many eateries nearby and there is a convenience store on the ground floor.

The location is excellent. Close enough to the tourist areas of D1, but also in a very authentic local area of HCMC in D4. Loads of excellent authentic Vietnamese bars and restaurants are very close by. We also loved having the pool to chill out by and escape the busy streets below. Our host Mai was also very helpful organising airport transfers for us and luggage storage on our last day

A few added comforts such as tea/coffee for the room would have been nice. And possibly some city information in the room for people travelling to the city for the first time, such as maps or tour information

The pool is great - huge and clean. The hotel has 3 elevators so there si no queue (approx. 20 floors).

There is no one at the reception so if you need anything, you have to contact the staff via booking. No cleaning during the stay.

It was a simple and clean room in the heart of Saigon. Nothing particularly special, but perfectly satisfactory.

It’s was a bit difficult to manage Grabs to the front door of the complex due to it being situated next to busy road and having one-way access. Small inconvenience that we were able to plan for accordingly.

The host make this place amazing. The location is central, the room was nice and big. But again the host were friendly, fast on every request, and overall just wonderful. Highly recommend staying here.

The location to the main downtown area was very good. The bed was very comfortable.

Cleanliness was appalling in general. Stains on bathroom floor in several locations. Stained furnishings. Cigarette burns on table. Stains on lounge furniture. The "bathroom amenities " consisted of 2 bottles of shower wash/shampoo placed on the floor, no shelf or anything in shower area to place these. Very little to no hot water. Generally this apartment was old,tired and in need of new furnishings etc. See photos Cockroaches inside washing machine. See photos Kitchen cutlery was filthy and unwashed. See photos The "rooftop pool" was on the 7th floor!! Not exactly "rooftop "

We love this place. Although only for a short time here, it was enough to feel. Fully furnished for guests and room very clean. We especially loved the hospitality and kindness of the staff. I will come back here when I get the chance!

It was all good

Great location near district 1. The area was quiet and had a lot of restaurants and shop nearby. The apartment was clean, cozy and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely return in the futue.

Perfect Apartments in Saigon close downtown. Nice staff and great location with even a rooftop pool. just recommend to stay here if you like more an Apartment than just a hotel. You have therefore also a kitchen and a washing machine to use 😊 nice view from the rooms and pool

Cheap and convenient location.

The building was modern, the gym was modest but good and the pool was nice with great views. The internet connection was also good.

The pictures were not accurate, and the flat did not look anything like them. I think it is a bit confusing the pictures of the different rooms/flats. Also the location was not ideal, because you had to cross the bridge for most things and to go to the main areas.

Prime location with really nice swimming pool. The apartments are clean, tidy and the beds are quite comfortable. Air-conditions work like a charm for crazy hot days. Mayla was very responsive to messages too so that was nice to ask her things.

The walls within the apartments are quite thin so you can hear neighbours sometimes.

We had a wonderful time here. The apartment was clean and cozy, the staffs were so kind. Looking forward to visiting HCMC and living here in the near future.

Bright corner studio apartment. Great (sunrise) views over D4 towards city and D7. Had everything that was required for my stay. Walkable into District 1 via footbridge 10m walk along canal. Convenience stores at ground floor and many local food options in area behind the apartment block.

Host Mai was fantastic, providing address details and key collection info by WhatsApp shortly after the booking. The property was clean and well equipped. The studio is small but was perfect for two nights. The location was close enough to district one that you can walk it (15 min walk) but was far enough to be quiet at night.

The pool was big and clean but there was very few beds/chairs available. As the apartments are residential there were lots of families and the pool area was very busy and loud in the afternoon.

Bed was comfy and the outside pool was great. There are market and 7eleven downstairs and restaurants are only walking distance away. View from the room was nice.

So noisy that we couldn't even sleep. You could hear all the traffic noise from the streets.
