Kind reception - above and beyond! Gracious accommodation of our kids. Filling breakfast, best porridge ever! Unique decorative style. Quiet guests, calm surroundings. Great chats with other guests. Wi-Fi was available, so our kids had some tablet time and us adults could catch up on emails, etc. Will definitely return.

This is a nice place if you are starting or ending you Namibian adventures. it’s not fancy but Theo was very kind and helpful. Included breakfast was a nice touch.
The shower was not up to par with all of the other places we stayed at the same price. the water was hot but did not spray and the floor ended up completely wet and puddled.

The location was not what we expected. We where constantly reminded of security and keeping everything locked. The breakfast was very basic but very fair and well preceded by friendly staff.
The location is suspect and the lack of a shower door or curtain made the bathroom a real mess after a shower.

In all honesty, the only positive I have is the wonderful Lady that welcomed us. She was friendly, welcoming and the only reason we landed up staying.
Rooms very shabby and run down. Outside furniture very uncomfortable, torn cushions, and generally run down. Was told breakfast was until 09h30, came in at 09h10 to find everything was packed away and got major attitude for asking if I can at least then have some coffee.
Yes, I understand it is a budget back packers, but my personal experience was awful. I stayed at another venue last week for the same price and it was fantastic.

Basic, but very reasonable. Nice breakfast, and lovely terrace with comfortable chairs and sofas. Luckily it was roofed, because it rained like I have never seen. Bottle shop across the road.
The sockets for charging the phone didn't work (the plug wouldn't go in, I used the PC in the dining room). Bedroom ok, but could have been nicer.

Good place. Mid-price, mid-standard. I like the garden, the breakfast and the space you have. Overall a good deal. There are also good cheaper ones, but this place has some extras. Though, differences are not huge

A nicely located guesthouse close to the centre. Nice rooms. Decent wifi. Secure parking.
The breakfast wasn't as good as it used to be.

Close to centre and cheap for the area
Car alarm went off, nothing stolen but evidence of them trying to get the window down

Location is close to a mall.
The breakfast consisted of toast and cereal and day old coffee.
Staff could have been friendlier.

We liked the pick up from the airport, restaurants recommendations. The place was exactly as expected and was perfect for us for one night before starting our tour of Namibia. We had 2 large bedrooms (one for us, one for our teenage kids). The breakfast was nicce.
Beware of the mosquitoes by the poolside, they don't wait for the sun to go down to bite you. Some sunscreen and repellent should do the trick.

This is a simple lodging, yet with a good value for money. Breakfast was included and it was nice to have it before departing. The host is a very knowledgeable person about Namibia, and it was delightful to have a long conversation with him, and get his sugestions.
The location is not very central, so we used car/transport to go out to city center/ restaurants

We arrived and were greeted by Theo. She has a big heart and we felt at home. She was there to help all our needs. The facility is nice and clean. In the morning, at breakfast, we were greeted by Schalk. We had interesting conversations and he helped us find our way to the grocery store. It a wonderful way to begin our adventure in Namibia.
The lighting in the rooms was a little dark for us. Not a deal breaker. We'll stay there (and recommend it) again.

The biggest plus for this hotel is the owner - personable and knowledgeable, and works hard to make sure you are comfortable; he even arranged a much cheaper airport transfer for me. Being within easy walking distance to the CBD is a plus. The room was clean and comfortable, and great value for the budget-conscious traveller.
There was nothing about my stay that worried me too much.

Breakfast was simple but good. my bed was very comfortable, with ceiling fans to keep cool. Lodge owner was very friendly and helpful. The place was quiet which is exactly what I was looking for, its location is perfect if you are hiring a vehicle from Africa on Wheels, as their offices are in walking distance.
Two small points, no soap in the bathroom, and the bathtub shower hose is broken. There is a large separate shower and the bath taps work fine, so its not an issue (just letting management know) as I had forgotten to mention these points before I left.

We had a fantastic night and felt very welcome. Next time, we'll stay longer. Thanks!
