Room is big... Nothing else
They were not giving anything in room... Even water bottle were not available. They charged extra for early check in... While other hotels give it for free... If room is available.

Badsheet and pillow covers are not clean. Indoor unit of the AC was throughing water. Asked me to make the payment in advance. They refused to accept card payment. Suggested me to withdraw cash from ATM as I'm not using any UPI. Limited food in the restaurant and suggested me to order from Zomato. Attendant is not honest. They are not ment for hospitality industries. They did not provide dental kit even after a request.

We come here at least once a year for special occasions when we don't want to drive home. The staff is always pleasant. Very neat. I've never had a bad experience here, and it's in the heart of the city, so you can walk everywhere.

Nothing to like it was OYO quality hotel.
Food and kitchen was outsourced. Asking money for empty plates also.
Quality of staff. Managed by porters. Got to meet the reception manager after 1 day. For breakfast only 1 sabzi and poori, no choice. Pathetically poor. No cleanliness in restaurant. Overall a very bad experience.
