Located in Tauranga, this charming condo for $157 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This completely self contained flat is your perfect holiday hideaway in the beautiful Bay of Plenty. Offset from the owners home, this 2 bedroom unit has its own driveway and its own private courtyard with outdoor table and chairs. The property is located on a private cul de sac and is nestled against a beautiful green backdrop of native bush. The property is a quiet haven away from the hustle and bustle and is the perfect compliment to a busy day of sightseeing or after a big day at the beach. Just come home and relax! It's perfect for kids. A trampoline is available for use and a playground and sports park is only a few minutes walk away. 2 kayaks are available for use on the estuary which is literally a stones throw from the house. Whilst set up to cater for 4 persons, there is room to put an additional rollaway bed/mattress in the second bedroom for a 5th person. Please enquire regarding this option. We are also available for longer term rentals (eg waiting for a new house to be built). We are happy to negotiate rates for this option. High speed internet included. We stayed here during AIMS Games week and it was the perfect location for us as it was halfway between the 2 pool venues our team was playing waterpolo at. Clean, tidy and has everything you need for a quiet, relaxing stay. Brett, the property manager, was extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here and we would go back.

Excellent accomodation, suited all our needs. First trip away from wellington with our 4 month old baby. Hosts allowed for early check in and were very helpful, making sure we had all that we needed. Thank you very much, highly reccomend!

The unit was in a quiet location and very clean. The beds were comfortable with quality linen. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking facilities. We found the hosts to be very friendly and helpful. The location was in a perfect for visits to the Tauranga city centre and to Mt Maunganui beaches. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and that we really got value for the money.

What a great place to stay! Brett & Leonie were super hosts, so friendly and helpful. It was a bonus having the estuary right on our doorstep and our teenage boys loved having the use of the kayaks. Perfect place to stay. When we were away from the hustle and bustle of The Mount the estuary kept our 14 Yr old satisfied with the use of kayaks etc. Property is really clean and nicely decorated and very homey. Loved every minute of it

The cottage / flat was clean , airy, well appointed with beach feel colours and crisp clean linen. It was fully inclusive of kitchen equipment and a washing machine. We did not meet Leonie but Brett was absolutely welcoming and friendly without being intrusive. We had a fabulous comfortable stsy. Thank you so MUCH!

Fresh modern new accommodation

Right from the start our experience with this property was excellent. Brett and Leonie were prompt and very helpful communicators as the booking was set up and this set the tone for a great visit to their lovely place. Fresh and modern, this near new build is an annexe to the main house well separated by the garage affording privacy and quiet with its own entrance courtyard and garden. Everything needed for meal preparation was available in the well equipped kitchen. The living space is compact but still feels roomy due to good design. The bedrooms are very comfortable with crisp white linen, all facilities are immaculate. A well stocked linen cupboard meant fresh towels were available when needed. The property is located right near the foreshore with ready access to the water. Our hosts were available if needed and did everything they could to make us comfortable. We stayed for a week and Ebbtide Way was a great base from which to explore the region. A beautiful location we are very happy to recommend.
