Nice quiet location. Close to beach and short walk to “downtown” Sawtell.
Great location. Clean. Good facilities.
Needs good overview / check of all facilities. TV remotes not working. Some light bulbs not working. No wi fii which made it difficult for my daughter to do school work.

Disappointing
Spacious
Property was dated and dark..and certainly not clean .. Plenty of bugs and crawling insects.. windows in 2nd bedroom had so much mould we kept door closed.. curtains in lounge room had mildew on bottom.. oven once heated switched itself off..towels had been folded damp so were smelly.. we only stayed 4 nights instead of 7.. would not recommend to anyone..

Very disappointed in the unit. Only nice things was its location.
The location was great.
Kitchen and bathroom were over 30 years old and had never been renovated. Manhole in bathroom had no cover. Garage was dirty. Screen doors were catching. Stove way too old. Shower way too old. Towels were not very nice. It is obviously a family owned unit and even though it has lots of plates cutlery etc. the place is not worth what we paid.
