There were no bedside lamps in the apartment and it was impossible to read in the evening. The furniture set on the balcony was uncomfortable and not complete. And the weirdest thing was that you had to wait for the towels and bed linen to dry before they would return the clean set to you. I have not seen it even in a 2* hostel... Overall, not flexible management, resistant to modify the rule or provide service in order to satisfy the customer. You would expect more for a 95 dollars (w/o meals) per night.. Otherwise, the territory is nice and enjoyable.

I liked the general look of the resort - its very beautiful and comfortable to stay in. The restaurants work really good - both staff and food were nice.

First of all the reception is so bad. The staff at the reception is just rude. They ignored the presence of guests, they sit like they are on holidays not at work and they dont have full information about the hotel. The security was much more helpful and polite. The rules at the hotel are not clear. One place you can pay only by cash, second only by card and third only by bracelet. No-one informed us that we must firstly top up bracelets with cash. The breakfast are bad. Low quality and no place to sit at all. People are standing with plates, looking for available table.
