nice little apartment

The apartment was great and was just as stated. Everything was very clean and well presented. The apartment was really cosy and warm once you got the heaters on. Wifi was fast with a very strong connection. Will be returning if I visit the area again!
The drainage in the shower was very slow and meant that you had to be quite quick in the shower. I would’ve liked to have taken my time but felt like I had to speedy to make sure the bathroom didn’t flood.

Apartment was lovely! Loved the bedroom area, really feels like a separate room!
Just the shower issue I phoned about, would have been nice to have had a bit more time in the shower as I had to be very quick to avoid pooling the bathroom. Only issue I had though, everything else was great!

Nicely decorated, spacious for two and well equipped. Wifi and subscription TV channels provided. Easy access via key box and code lock. agent kept in touch with information. On street parking for 1 hour outside for unloading. No restrictions 6pm-9am (+1 free hour). Was warm once we had worked out the best way to use the convection heaters.
Could clearly hear neighbours coming and going and voices into the early hours, but I guess that can be the same in many hotels. Mattress not hugely comfortable but it sufficed.

It was nice and cosy, and fit what I needed at the time.
The bed felt a bit rough/springy. But was alright overall.

Great accommodation for a short stay and great value for money. Apartment was exactly as advertised, clean and comfortable. The coffee and sugar pots were full which was an added bonus!

I really loved that the flat was modern and children friendly. Help was available when needed. The kitchen was equipped with essential items.

Wrong set of key left in key safe so struggled to get in. l had to call and advise. Very quick corrective action taken.
Upon leaving the key safe had been changed. Had to ring them to get a new entry code to leave the keys. Found that a bit annoying. However service is 100%. Flat is 100%. Clean cosy highly recommended. Oh and very quiet. Enjoyed my stay.
