Quiet location. Beautiful greenery in the compound. The hallway and dining area are nicely decorated
Found ants on the dressing and side tables in the family room. The bathroom has stains and is not well maintained

The people are so, so nice over here! We were sick the first couple of days and they brought us fruits and singkong and they really took care of us.
We stayed here for 2 weeks and at the end of the 2 weeks these people felt like family.
Also the location is good, the place is clean and spacious, the airco is at the right place, you have hot showers and just everything you need. And if not, the people here wil take care of it for you!
Our shower did not work properly after a couple of minutes and we immediately got an upgrade to an even bigger room for 1 week while they took care of preparing the shower.
It was such a good place to stay, I recommend it to everyone!! ❤️
The mosque is nearby, but I think that is everywhere in Yogyakarta and something we have to deal with as tourists at 4:30 am in the morning 😅

Our stay in this property is very comfortable. Tati is managing this property. She always helped and look after our need. Overall very satisfied

it will be better if the host arrange the check out time at 12pm. so that the muslim guest have time to offer shalat before they leave the house

old Dutch establishment, very nice and traditional for the internal patio and for the composition of the house. really nice veranda and room.

Great room arrangement, very neat and clean. Staff very helpful and humble. This accomodation located close to many favorite places (sultan palace, malioboro, museum, restaurant, etc).

They allow check in at 4 am, room is spacious. Good location, good value for money.
Communication with staff is not very fluid, though they are very friendly. The bathroom is a bit rundown. Room a bit smelly. No hair dryier in the whole property.

The building is really nice and Bu Atik the innkeeper is very helpful. She offered us to buy nearby breakfast and take our laundry.

I assumed breakfast was provided but not, but it was near Pasar that sold the best gudeg in town so it was compensated
