Convenient location, must use alternative payment method outside of booking . com & housekeeping can do better

EST also known as Alila Bangsar; If you are taking First Coach, this is probably the best location for it. Connected by bridge from Bangsar MRT. Across the bridge there's Family mart, zus coffee and many others so it is convenient. On the Ground Floor of this building there's Botanica + Co cafe/restaurant too As they are unable to charge my credit card via booking . com, I was able to use WISE transfer for payment option for both payment and refund. Provided shampoo, body wash, dish soap, towels, instant coffee, toilet bidet, glass and mugs. This unit in particular is not facing the train track so theres no noise. Self check in guide was clear (there will be security check which will record/write down your name, IC/passport number, no of pax before u enter the mailbox area to collect the access card) Easy to get Grab Prompt customer service

Need to use alternative payment method(they are unable to charge via booking . com using their system). Had to call booking.com several times to understand the issue. They tried to charge via booking.com and indeed they couldnt. If u are uncomfortable paying via a link/bank transfer which will be provided perhaps this is not for you. Only 1 access card will be given which is quite inconvenient but we managed. The loft section upstairs was very dusty (brother is allergic to dust so he sneezed a lot as a result). The stairs were steep too so need to take extra care when coming down. The toilet and kitchen cabinet were not the cleanest. If you keep food on the table/rubbish there will be ants so need to clean up in a timely manner.

A nice place for short vacay and if u want to visit KL, stay here as there is direct link bridge to LRT

There was a smell under the sink. The water in the sink doesn't drain well.

Probably can add one mirror outside the bathroom for convenient use when it comes to large group stay.

Overall is good but there are some places are not clean especially the bedside table.

Staff is friendly, response problems very fast.

Location is convenient, link to public transport. Staff is friendly.

Comfortable and clean place, convenient location

The unit is very clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Bed linen and towels are very clean. Air-con is great. Location is convenient. Covered walkway to Bangsar LRT station, with easy connections to other places.

Wifi connection wasn't that fast or stable. Some problems connecting to Netflix.

Convenient location, beautiful view

location was a strategic place as what we wanted, able to walk around to brickfields. able to drive easily to bangsar

Try to have a mirror in the unit, as we saw there were many mirrors used as deco, but not even one just for dressing purpose. had to use the bathroom for dressing up.

I'm really travel for the property design. So I'm really sure I'm like the loft design.

What happened last night to stay there.only the access card problem not function at all.and I'm ask the security to access me to the unit.

Superb

Customer service is very nice and they responded quickly and nicely via WhatsApp. Most of the complaints are solved thoroughly. I forgot my power bank when we checked out and they kept it and informed me as soon as they saw it. Great Service Indeed.

The location was strategic and easily accessible.

1.The receptions staffs mostly were not friendly except for the staffs wjo worked on 14th May night.Some even kinda rude with the way they answer our any questions. 2. The unit was not clean as shown in the pictures. The floor was clean but the walls of rooms full of mold and mold mites. Side of cupboards full of dust. 3. The towels were smelly. 4. No grab is allowed in the premises to deliver food, not even at the lobby..we had to walk to the road side to collect the food..Lucky it was not raining. 5. Keep sending too many reminders to check out via email and whatsapp msg ( its like more of chasing out) from 1 day earlier(early morning itself) 6. Its 3 rooms apartment( but only hv 2 rooms and a loft bed) - the 2nd room and loft were small.

It was a good stay for my family.

Very good view from the 34th floor. There are 3 very good beds. Master bedroom is awesome. Very good facilities for Pool and Gym. (You should have proper swimming and sports attire to use it)

No Car Parking with the booking.. I have to talk in the reception and get the parking for 20 RM per night.. And drinking water I have to always buy from outside. Air conditioning for the bunk beds are not good.

Very good

Excellent location, connected by covered walkway to the Bangsar LRT station. Ease of getting the apartment keys. Good security and safety at the apartment.

The loft bedroom ceiling was a little low. Watch your head, if you're tall.

The flat in this apartment is in 34th floor. We enjoyed the view. Furnitures and space. Decorations and ambience.

Kettle was not working. Master bathroom pipes were a bit fragile. Not a big deal. It was still operatable. There were 3 bedrooms. No fans. There were 3 air cons in 2 bedroom and one in hall. The 3rd bedroom which is attached to the hall has no separate air con or fan.

none. overrated.

1. the unit is totally not clean at all. totally out of my expectation. 2. the switches at the bedside all 4 nos are not usable. if is only 1 then probably spoil and acceptable. but 4 is a roll is totally make no sense. it only shows that the unit is totally no one to maintain it. 3. the unit has a weird smell as if is not used for a long term n also not maintain. really awful.

We had to deal with a lot of inconvénients

Recap of all the inconvénients we had during our short stay: The loft wasn’t clean (floor.. kitchen..) Pictures on the site are not representative of the reality. No bed sheets and no pillow cases for the two additional mattress The washing machine wasn’t working properly ( noise ) and didn’t dry at all We couldn’t shut one blind so we couldn’t have any darkness during the night We had a problem with the air conditioner ( water falling trom air conditioner)
