Great location for a group of adults. There were 7 of us and we all fitted in comfortably.
Not keen on the gas oven which was being tempermental.

We were amazed by the stunning view. The interior decoration made us feel like immersing in a music world. The kitchen was fully equipped. We were provided ingredients for a full breakfast which was not advertised. We had the privilege to enjoy the whole house with five bedrooms which could accommodate 13 people, though we were only two couples. The owner only rents to one party no matter how many people the group has. Highly recommended if you’re going to Cradle Mountain or penguin viewing at Lilico Beach.

GREAT LOCATION, LOVELY BIG HOUSE WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED. BREAKFAST WAS ALSO GREAT, PLENTY OF CHOICES & PROVISIONS.
MAYBE NEEDS A FIXED SHADE SAIL OR ROOF OVER THE OUTDOOR TABLE AREA, AS IT CAN GET VERY WINDY & YOU CAN'T PUT THE UMBRELLA UP FOR SHADE.

loved this property, such a perfect spot to spend with family. the house has the best vibe and gave us lots to talk about and remember. Gerard was the perfect host and left us ample breakfast provisions. The location was also great with the most amazing views. Thanks for hosting us Gerard

Maybe the fact that the owner lives on sight while you are there, which is not a problem in itself, but prior knowledge, would have been appreciated

Location was superb! Views out of this world. House was wonderful. Suited our family of 9 very well. Everyone had their own space and the kitchen, etc was big enough for us to all eat together. Breakfast provisions were more than ample and appreciated very much.
Instructions on how to work the oven would have been welcome. Batteries in remotes need to be checked, they didn’t work in a few for the tvs, etc. Jukebox plugged in so it can be used would have been nice.

That it was spacious, great view, walk down to the esplanade & shops. The facilities were very well equipt & a good choose for breakfast & beverages. very comfy beds. This was chosen mainly as a last minute booking available that would take pets.
We were provided a late checkout too.
Highly recommend for friends as well as families.
We loved the quirky music theme, however, many of the paraphernalia needed a good dust around, and instructions to use the media/audio equipment would be useful - but certainly didn’t dampen the experience.

Lovely outlook above one of the gems of Tasmania, Penguin. Spacious home which the host provides unexpected additions such as eggs, breads, jams and others. You’d expect such things inHigh end Hotels, but I haven’t encountered at many B&B’s. Owner is very welcoming and thought I’d enjoy my stay so I booked an additional night on arrival. Thank you, Gerald for having such an amazing property.

House was huge and had everything needed for our large foster family. Owner couldn't do enough for us. Even mailed us an item a child left behind. We hope to stay again next time we are in Tasmania.

We loved the view, the deck and the location. Our host was very friendly and was there to greet us and show us around his home. The rooms are amazing , so much to look at and enjoy. Loved having breakfast provided for us, a rare treat in BnBs.
