Nice location, poor service, huts near to fall apart

In the jungle, lots of green around you can here the animals in the night

Poorly maintained huts, many broken parts. Between the door and the upper frame there were 20 cm thru which any insect or jekos could come inside . Dusty mosquito net . Dirty reception, dusty flyers on a dusty bar . Staff really disengaged, barely answering questions.

Pasar pasar la noche

La cabaña es pintoresca, sencilla pero cómoda. Tiene lo necesario para pasar una noche. La noche siguiente la pagábamos en otro hotel y nos hicieron el transfer de forma gratuita. El hotel es muy sencillo para dormir y ya está.

Teníamos el desayuno incluido, pero a la hora de pedirlo nos dijeron que no estaba incluido y tuvimos que enseñar la reserva para que nos creyeran. No dieron opción a escoger: scramble eggs, orange juice, mantequilla y mermelada con pan y fin.

Cute idea, needs renovating

Away from main road, feels like you are truly in the jungle. Comfortable bed with decent mozzies net.

Hut I stayed in needs a lot of work. Everything broken, including th door- doesn't sit in the frame so it's not fully closed. All hooks, shelves and handles broken, just lightly in place but swing off if you actually use them. Bathroom slowly flooded the whole time, no idea where leak was coming from. Weak shower.

Schöne Anlage aber Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht

- ruhig gelegen. Schöne Anlage mit Bergblick. Dschungelgeräusche. Weit ab vom Straßenverkehr - sehr sauber und die Wäsche roch angenehm.

- Ausstattung war teilweise kaputt. Sehr einfache Holzhütte für zu viel Geld. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. - Restaurantpreise waren zu hoch. Info: ca. 15 Minuten Gehweg ins Dorf

Prima hotel, schoon en op wandelafstand van de hoofdstraat

Prima, rustig hotel op loopafstand van de hoofdstraat met gezellige restaurantjes massagesalons etc. Kamer was schoon en zag er niet zo shabby uit als sommige basic hotels

Ik heb er maar één dag geslapen en heb geen opmerkingen. Ik zou alleen niet mijn tweedaagse verblijf op het meer via het hotel regelen. We liepen uiteindelijk met ongeveer 90 man door het oerwoud en door de grot. Onverantwoord, zeker omdat de grot geen walk in the park is. Heel nauw en op sommige stukken moest er gezwommen worden. Er waren onvoldoende koplampen en gids was super onvriendelijk. Verblijf op het meer was zeer basic, een soort drijvend hostel. Prima sfeer, heerlijk gegeten maar wel met twee vreemden op een matrasje in een drijvend hutje. Geweldige ervaring

Recommend these lovely huts!

Good value accommodation, very near the national park and the main village of Khao Sok. The property kindly let us leave our large bags with them overnight when we stayed on the lake. They also arranged a bus to take us to our next location.

Just to note, it's a short walk (<10 mins) to get to the main street with restaurants, shops, massage parlours, etc.

A tranquil haven

Really peaceful and clean.

It was about 15 min walk from the village. The staff were polite but did not speak enough English to help us with tours and travel.

Very good value for money, will gladly come back

Nice basic room in a lovely garden, spacious and quiet, but still reasonably close to town. Friendly staff who will arrange all the excursions for you.

We had booked an AC room but upon arrival they didn't have those anymore, so we were offered a stay in another resort for a night, or a fan room. Ended up going for the fan room, which turned out to be the AC room I was in the last time I stayed here, just that the AC was broken :) The room was fine for our stay, though, didn't really miss the AC.

L’accueil, la propreté Les excursions proposées je vous conseille vraiment de faire la sortie et de dormir sur le lac 🙌🏻 nous n’avions pas réservé de nuit pour le retour de l’excursion (probleme de compréhension) ils nous ont trouvé une nuit dans un autre hôtel et ont tout géré Vraiment je recommande cet établissement

Ok für 2 Nächte

Einfache Bungalows, die auch 3 Betten anbieten. Kleine Veranda mit Stühlen, wo man abends ganz gut sitzen konnte. Es ist sehr günstig. Frühstück war gut.

Die Einrichtung war alt und teilweise nicht gut in Schuss (Waschbecken nicht fest, Bungalow Tür quietschte schrecklich, was ungünstig ist mit schlafendem Kleinkind, Außenlicht hat geflackert, sodass man es nicht nutzen konnte). Die Kissen waren sehr unbequem da sehr fest und hoch. Es gab keine Ablage für Sachen. Khao Sok ist ein sehr touristischer Ort. Vielleicht ist das Personal daher etwas genervt von Touristen. Zumindest fühlten wir uns so. Irgendwie einfach nicht so richtig willkommen.

Absolut empfehlenswert - 2 days/1 night !!!

Am Morgen aufwachen und direkt von der Hütte aus ins Wasser springen bei absoluter Ruhe ohne den großen Touristen-Andrang unter Tags sollte man unbedingt gemacht haben. Gutes Essen, tolle Touren, engagierte Guides, die für die Gäste auf den Touren intensiv nach Highlights gesucht haben (wild lebende Elefanten).

Fun, back to nature trip.

Location was good. 10 mins to the town. Very peaceful location.

Huts need modernisation, ours was satisfactory but one of the others had many holes.

Nice and quiet bangalo

The staff was helpful organising a overnight stay at the lake. We also had a little misunderstanding about staying after the overnight tour, but at the end all was fine.

Séjour agréable

Le cadre est verdoyant, nous avons pu voir des écureuils, mangoustes et magnifiques oiseaux colorés. Le bungalow était simple mais confortable. C'était propre. Il y avait à disposition du thé et du café, L'eau de la douche était chaude.

La personne à l'accueil est glaciale, toujours le nez plongé sur son téléphone, nous adresse à peine un regard quand vous lui posez une question.

Great resort - comfy, clean and great staff

The bed was so comfy and clean and the resort is in an ideal location just a 10/15 minute walk to restaurants and the national park entrance. The staff were lovely and helped us with booking any tours we wanted and advised on which they thought we would like.

Basic and clean hut with everything you need in 10 minutes walk distance from the main road with shops, restaurants and

The accommodation was very basic but equipped with everything you need. I really liked it because it was just 10 minutes away from the main road and therefore a little bit more quiet. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Tours or minivans can be booked directly at their desk.

A few ants and a bug were visiting the bathroom but this wasn’t a real problem for me as everyone should expect some insects in the jungle.

Ok stay for one night

Cheap stay. The room was quite spacious. The room had a kettle with coffee, the fridge with cold water, Air con, TV. The reception has several trips that you can choose and book through them.

The bed was hard. The bathroom was not sealed with the roof, so any kind of smaller animals could get in. We had an enormous wasp which we had to get rid off. It would be nice if bathroom would have enough toilet paper, so you don't need to go and ask for it. We stayed 2 nights, but it was too much, it's ok for one night. Not possible to pay by card, so it's important to have cash. Located further away, need to walk around 15 min to the center. The staff could be more helpful.

Real jungle feeling

Very cheap. Fun experience to sleep in a real jungle hut. We stayed one night and that was enough. Outside is nice and gives you a real feeling of being in a jungle. We were quite surprised about the bed, which was really nice and not that hard what we mostly experienced during our trip in Thailand.

The breakfast was really simple. The huts are located further from the village, so you need to walk around 15 min. The staff was not the most helpful. Very limited space in the room. Have to pay cash, they don't take credit cards.

Cool place to stay just outside the town.

The property was good and clean, location in a nice secluded area away from the town. Staff came and sorted out an issue with the toilet very quickly.

The bathroom was an open air space so mosquitoes able to get in.

Clean, comfortable, has everything you need, everything is thought out in the room

The rooms are really very clean and have everything you need including a fridge! I have been to different Khaosok hotels, and only here I saw this: glass on the windows, mosquito nets. You can use glass + air conditioning or breathe fresh jungle air through the mesh in the windows, there is also a fan. The glass on the windows is slightly darkened, and through them the greenery is even better visible. Near the entrance there is a place to sit, there is beautiful greenery in front of you. The door is locked with a regular key, and you can hang a lock. This is the place for you if you like comfort. The room is bright and you can see if there are insects inside or not.

The territory is small, the whole garden is a narrow strip of greenery and one path along which the rooms are located. But it's still nice to sit in front of the room in the morning and evening. Also, when I asked to be picked up from a nearby hotel, I was offered to take a taxi. But maybe it's because I asked if they could pick me up right now.
