Enter through the internal access door from the garage into a fully equipped and spacious, light-filled lounge area with beautiful bay windows showcasing the stunning view. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you may need to make yourself completely at home, a full sized stove and oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, even an espresso coffee machine (yes, it’s real coffee!) with complimentary 'pods'. All three bedrooms on this level have queen beds, mounted TVs and full sized private ensuites. The main bedroom opens on to a private part of the veranda overlooking the 2 acre property, including the pool area. This bedroom also has a tea & coffee facility, bar fridge and a relaxing bath. All bedrooms are fitted with reverse cycle air conditioning. In the lounge/dining area you have the use of a large plasma TV and DVD player, books and magazines.
