La ubicación esta genial. Esta cerca del rio donde empieza la parte alta, muy cerca del casco viejo y tambien de bares para comer y cenar. El anfitrión de 10. Aunque no le vimos en persona ni para la entrega ni para la recogida de las llaves estuvo muy atento y pendiente de nosotros y nos mandó wasap con instrucciones y ubicaciones para aparcar(algo complicadisimo, todo son zonas azules y verdes) que ver y donde comer. La cama muy cómoda.
Nos tocó la habitación más pequeña, no había mesita ni sofá. Las toallas necesitan renovarse y los toalleros necesitan de un arreglo.

i have a double charge for my staying one by the app and another one one the owner I want to have the refund of one because he told me they haven’t got the charge on my credit card and they do

The apartment was light and in a great location close to the old town and areas of interest. The beds are extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. The host was very helpful with advice, information and organising a taxi to the station. We enjoyed our 2 night stay.
We could hear people in an adjoining room their bathroom very clearly and our towels were very tired. We struggled to find the right road and would have welcomed some detailed directions for when we got off the bus and were tired!

Best accommodation so far. Quiet, Spacious, heater comes on in mornings, Inside old city, 7min walk to supermarket. Very close to amazing walk by river. Host supplies shared kettle, toaster and fridge which is very handy.
Cuenca is my favourite spot on my trip, a photographers dream spot. 12 euro taxi to train station

There was no kettle or cups in the room to make coffee. There was tea bags but also no cups. There is a vending machine for various coffee but we did not have coins and it did not take notes.

Everything, this place is so cheap and the facilities are really good. Super clean and a lovely part of the old city not too far up the hill. Loved it!

Location was perfect. Close to everything we needed & wanted to see. Diego was very informative & gave us a great circuit to walk to take in all of the beautiful old town. Beds were very comfortable.
The walls were not soundproof, so you could hear the neighbours showering & doors opening & closing which could be very loud at times.

Diego was a star--- he is the main asset of this accommodation. Even before arriving he already sent us very helpful list of places of interest, restaurants, bars etc. The room was also very spacious and clean, like a big studio with beds for 4 people. It was also quite near to the historic centre.
Suggest putting more bedsheets and pillows for the guests.

Diego gave me some brilliant advice on where to go to get the best view’s and where the best restaurant’s are.

The only problem I had in room 3 was that the shower head wall mounting was broken , so it had to be hand held..plus if you turned the water on to get the temp you wanted in advance of stepping in and closing doors there was so much water pressure the shower head flew everywhere soaking everything in its path..had to mop up twice in this short time I was there..simple fix ..fit a new as I said the showerwall mounting urgently 👍😎 Aircon was fab and necessary

A completely modernized apartment in the old, upper part of town, halfway between the main square Plaza de la Constitución in the valley and the magnificent Cathedral some way up the mountain between the two gorges.
The room shares a food and drink dispenser, toaster, fridge and microwave with the other rooms, handy for heating a meal or cooling the wine.
Diego was an excellent host and provided us with much valuable informations as to local sites and restaurants
