Facilities are ok, but cleanliness has to be improved

Spacious and lovely common area. We like the kitchen and the common area.

The blanket cover and bed-sheets in the room that we stay are fresh and clean, however, the blanket itself is smelly, it is like some sweaty smelly or it was not dried properly, just some damn smell…. It is really like a blanket at home which hasn’t been washed for a long time. The smell was not pleasant. The kitchen towels in our unit were also not clean somehow…. It seemed like it was used and then dried and just put it back to reuse. I had to boil hot water to clean them in the sink, otherwise, the towels were really smelly once they were wet.

I stay there one night. Wow unexpecting so big house and lovely style modern. Thank you.

A place to stay good and close to where to go have training. Closer to the place to have breakfast.

The TV is a bit too small and needs a bigger one because hard to read the subtitles and too small to read where I sit on the bed and can't see far away. Chairs with small tables are uncomfortable and its hard need comfort to sit long. The Black around the table is wobbling not stable and needs to be fixed, window corners paint comes off. The bathroom heater needs to be cleaned with lots of webs. The shower head and pole need to be fixed not safe and very wobbly. Need another chair/table for a case to put on top to easily unpack. Need a clock on the wall so can see the times. Towel have stain grey on it when I arrived.

Beautiful home but dining tables need to be more sturdy.

Ensuite bathroom for each toilet. However my bathroom does not have a bidet while the other bathroom occupied by my sis has a bidet.

Dining tables are rather flimsy- table top is quite wobbly. Table top cover laminate is flaking out due to water seeping into the wood fibre chips.

Das Verhalten des Managers Am Tag der Ankunft mitgeteilt die Buchung könnte nicht erfüllt werden. wir müssten während des Aufenthaltes umziehen. Erst die Drohung ein anderes Hotel auf seine Rechnung zu buchen bewirkte ein anderes Zimmer. Verkauft das Zimmer als superior room nennt es später Budget room. Alles nicht sehr professionell

Functional rooms, comfortable, not far from the airport.

The room and bathroom were fine- clean, comfortable bed. The neighborhood is quiet. There is access in the house to the kitchen for preparing food. The communication could have been better with getting into the property. The breakfast was very simple.

So comfortable and cosy, very clean, the bed was super comfortable. Great location with parking Lovely, clean communal area

1 toilet upstairs for 5 bedrooms, 1 toilet downstairs Confusing trying to get in, we were kindly assisted on entry by staff

It was a very uncomplicated way to spend a night at an excellent price point

There were some visitors who arrived late (after 11 pm) and left very early (around 5 am) and they were not very considerate and talked very loudly.

No clean towels no matter how long you stay

I stay here about once a month. I generally enjoy my stay.

I stay about once a month. After three days of stay this time, I asked the cleaning lady if she would change our towels. She said NO IT IS AGAINST MANAGEMENT POLICY TO CHANGE TOWELS. I was not pleased. If I had stayed one night they would have given new towels for the next stay. I payed the same for the nights I stayed as one night.

Très bien agencé, beaucoup d'espace collectif, prestation de qualité et très calme

La chaleur dans la chambre car la maison est climatisée mais pas la chambre où j'étais. Avec 30° dehors c'était un four jusqu'à la tombée de la nuit

We enjoyed our short stay. Accommodation was top notch. Good communication with hosts. 20 min drive to international

Clean. Good facilities for travelling family. Aircon downstairs. Comfy beds.

Nothing really but we could have done with more lounging seating. It was stuffy upstairs - took a long time to cool down in the evening.

Top Adresse für Auckland, sofern man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist.

Sehr moderne Unterkunft zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Exzellente große und sehr saubere Gemeinschaftsküche. Sehr großes und sehr sauberes Gemeinschaftsbad.

Relativ weit außerhalb von Auckland City, daher für Gäste die auf den ÖPNV angewiesen sind eher weniger geeignet.

Ruhige und ansprechende Unterkunft

Sehr ruhige Lage aber dennoch nach an Auckland. Kleine aber schöne Spaziergänge im Busch möglich. Viele gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten und Gemeinschaftsküche.

Value, comfort, peace and quiet.

The privacy, aircon, comfy beds & fairly soundproof room was just what i was looking for.. the living area, complete with teas/coffee & a vast array of books, gave a relaxed tone to the place too, rather than the usual sterile spaces.

I got locked out breifly, as my friend walked in & the door shut That was our only key and it took a good half hour, on the street, in my pyjamas, before i got back in. Don't Forget Your Key - the doorbell doesn't really work after midnight.

The price was fair. Short walk from bus stop. Helped me book at the last moment. 😊.

On line information is confusing.

Overall the room was nice. I appreciated getting a ride to my building with carrying a large suitcase. The room with bathroom was nice.

When I checked in I informed the manager on duty that I had a new credit card and gave it to him to change my account to use the new card which he did. But I had made plans to return there later in week for two more nights only to be told I had not addressed a message to update the credit card (which I did on Nov 19) My room was cancelled and I did not have a room. That was extremely frustrating and upsetting. The alarm went off and we could not get it off. It took an hour to get the alarm to go off.

Disappointed with the booking process and advertising.

My search parameters in Booking.com were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and this booking was available with those search parameters. When we arrived we discovered that the rooms did not have private bathrooms (only a shared bathroom for 4 or 5 rooms), so we didn't stay. We had to book alternate accommodation and we lost the money already paid as no refund was available. We were also assigned upstairs accommodation, so we would have had to carry all our suitcases up the stairs. The venue also required we take our shoes off before going upstairs to our rooms!

Well there was a lot noise coming from the other room and noise went though from 10pm-3am before I had to go to work so didn't get much sleep.

Very clean, tidy and comfortable

Thought the lounge area on the 2nd floor was great.

Shortage of crockery / cutlery in the guest kitchen and also at the coffee bar on 2nd floor. Lack of parking on street.

Not my cup of tea so won’t stay again.

Wasn’t what I was expecting. Was a room in a house. Very thin walls so could hear other guests talking. Within a very tight neighbourhood so lots of neighbouring house/people noises. Was expected to take shoes off inside since it was someone’s home so it didn’t really feel like it was standard type accommodation and more room board.

Technologically complicated check-in was offputting

The late check-in process is unnecessarily high-tech and requires a scanned online photo (not needed at other accomm in NZ). It needs to be made clearer that there is Wifi at the property - as not all international travellers have internet access. We had a stressful arrival in middle of night, not knowing if there would be Wifi or not, at the end of an expensive taxi fare. The artificial scents produced in hallway were unpleasant - these toxic chemicals are not good for human health or the environment - an open window is best and simplest for fresh air. A compost bin in kitchen is needed for sustainability

Ok for short stay but beware of being in a neighborhood

Clean, modern

Difficult finding parking, no instructions about opening the door so accidentally turned on alarm at 10pm waking up the entire neighborhood. Difficulty getting anyone, had to drive over to office and almost missed staff member about to leave. Noisy neighbors playing loud music. Didn’t like location

Did not provide the room with private kitchen specified in the Booking. Inconvenient & lack privacy.

The room is well maintained and clean.

This house is a three-storeys building. Ground floor is a common area with kitchen and a dinning area, the first floor has 2 rooms with a share bath room and sitting area, the second floor has 2 rooms with its private bathroom. We stayed in the room on second floor that was so inconvenient with heavy luggage to walk up the stairs. We booked a Deluxe Queen Room Double that specified having a private bathroom and private kitchen but our room did not have the private kitchen. We complaint to the reception but they just said that this was a mistake from Booking.com without resolving this, and suggested us to complain to Booking.com. Other tenants came in when we were using the kitchen and taking dinner in the common area. All we know it is the responsibly of property owner to specify the correct details of facilities inside the room to be offered in Booking.com. Air-conditioning was not working well, and was nearly no response to change in temperature control and heating was not enough at night. In addition, many cars were parked on the street and it was not easy to find one that close to the house unless you are lucky.

Definitely not what is advertised - would not book again

Can’t say i was impressed at all

I paid for a “deluxe queen” room.. within the room description it said it included full kitchen facilities and fridge etc.. as well as private bathroom with walk in shower. It refers to the room as a unit. And Ofcourse a manned reception. I was gutted when I arrived at a normal house that was shared with numerous other people. I couldn’t get in and had to ring for someone to meet me on-site and it took 15 minutes wait. Aparently there was free parking at the property (only if you could get one on the street. The advertised view was of the other houses in the street. The bed was horrible and rolled together so I got zero sleep. There was no kitchen facilities in my room at all (they were all shared) I didn’t even have a private fridge to put all our food in.. the “walk in shower” was a normal sized shower cubicle. There was no details provided for wifi and to top it off the host was rude. The carpets in the bedroom were also dirty/stained. There was also dead bugs on the floor. And the light in the “dressing room” did not work. Honestly I could give bad feedback about this place all day.
