Was big place , all to ourselves & good location & comfortable
Old sash windows- was a big storm on first night - very noisy- needs secondary glazing

The flat is in a great location, in the heart of Barnard Castle. The flat was clean and comfortable. All equipment we needed for self-catering was provided. I would recommend a stay here.

Good central location. Well equipped kitchen. Good shower facility.
Our hosts were friendly and informative and left eggs which was a lovely touch.
The lounge area had a dvd and plenty of films/music to watch and listen to for those who wanted it and lots of information on the area.
We were aware it was pet friendly but on first entering the property it smelled heavily of dog but a spray with neutrodol rectified this and after telling our hosts they took our comment on board. Just needs a little bit more attention to dusting and cleaning.

Waiting for us bred, milk, coffee, tea, eggs so we not worry about our first brekfast.

Clean and tidy and in a great location. Host was vert attentive and helpful at all times. Recommended.

Very central location. Excellent facilities, with a large living room and 2 great bedrooms..Lage shower in bathroom, and extremely well equipped kitchen.
Eggs, cereal, milk left by the owners.(a great touch).
Will certainly be back. Highly recommended.
Everything was great. Bit of a climb up 2 flights of stairs with suitcases!!!

fabulous location for the town and surrounding area. lovely, unexpected welcome pack with fresh eggs - delicious 😋. everything we could have wanted was there, and more besides. loved it !

The location was ideal. The flat was perfect for my daughter and myself. We were visiting family for the weekend. The flat was very homely and had all the facilities we needed. Next time we visit we will look to book this accommodation again. It looks to be a very popular place judging by the comments and Thankyou cards.

Fabulous location, a very nice flat with an enclosed courtyard ideal for dogs, very well equipped, very comfortable, wonderful welcome pack eggs, bread milk chocolate bars, gave some great advice on where to eat, drink and what to see and do,
We definitely would return to this property
I'm a fairly big chap so a super king or king size bed would of been better, but the double bed was comfy. No private car parking, but this was not really an issue.
