Come and enjoy our famous lifestyle in The Villages! This is a lovely home with a golf cart, ready for you to move in! Queen bed in master and one guest room. The other guest room has a twin bed. Nice kitchen open to the living and dining area. Plenty of room for entertaining. Flat screen TV in the living and master. Screened lanai on the back. We will complete the application for your ID's so The Villages can process your ID's, so they will be ready upon your arrival. You will know that your ID's are ready and where to go to pick them up on day of arrival when you receive an email from us approximately a week prior to arrival.***

Would have given 5 stars but unfortunately the garage door broke twice while we were there. Was fixed once but broke again. It was supposed to be repaired again the day we left. Overall the house and location were good.

The house was beautiful and was exactly what our family needed. The location was perfect. We picked the house for the location and the fact that it included a 4 seater golf cart. The owner should consider upgrading the golf cart, it is very very slow.

House was mostly clean and came with everything we would expect. Large stain on main bedroom carpet was pretty gross. The lighting in the house is horrible. Main bedroom dresser drawers had a very weird smell, didn't put any of our stuff in them. Garage door is horribly loud - like wake you up across the house loud. Golf cart is electric and VERY slow - people backed up behind us everywhere we went. Didn't fully trust how long the battery would last, but it got us home every time we used it. It doesn't have any type of fold down sides, so it's kind of useless if it rains or is cold. The handle popped off the door between house and garage on day 1 of a 7 day stay. Called about it, and never heard from them again about coming to fix it.

We were disappointed in the home itself. Kitchen was ill equipped. The refrigeration filter was not replaced for 2 weeks. The gas in the golf cart was empty. Wouldn't go back there again. And VRBO wasn't much help after charging over $400.

The house needed a deep cleaning. We spent a few days of our trip cleaning the place.
The A/C, the drier knob, the vacuum cleaner, door handles and the golf cart all broke during our stay. The washer smelled like mildew. The outdoor lounge chair was rotted and the lania screen was ripped. The grease pan on the grill was full. The management company was good about helping fix things and had the owner buy a new vacuum. All the problems were a hassle for a month long stay. We left it in better shape than how we found it April 1st through the 30.

Being able to take the golf cart paths to the different venues was great. My wife and grand kids came to visit and they had a blast riding in the golf cart at night.
