Great location. Perfect for our needs. There was a generous amount of personal items available. I.E. Soap, shampoo, and even toothbrush/toothpaste in travel cases. Nice touch! Bathrooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

A little late providing review but our family really enjoyed our stay in early July. Cabin was as advertised and was happy with overall experience. Convenient to town and off the road enough to still enjoy the serenity of the environment. We definitely would recommend and return.

Woodland Colorado was amazing in it self. But the cabin is extremely beautiful and worth the stay. The views from the cabin and from the porch was beautiful!

This home was so perfect everyone enjoyed their stay. it snowed your first day and was so beautiful .Also seen lots of wildlife . The town was so cute shops and nice people .

Normally we do not stay in Woodland but my daughter was getting married at Garden of the Gods so the house was close to everything we needed. We liked the layout of the house and would definitely stay there again.

This VRBO is exactly as advertised. We were so happy and comfortable with our stay. The house is huge with all the amenities you could possibly need. The location is private with a huge yard. Restaurants and bars are a couple blocks away and CO Springs is 20-30 minutes down the hwy.
David phoned us the first morning there to ask if all was well and if we needed anything. The property manager is local and available in case of any issues, which we had none. Highly recommend!

location and cabin were fine, need to get rid of mice, droppings were all over pots and pans. upstairs shower leaks water down onto downstairs toilet commode.

There's not enough thangs I can say good about this house. There was such a good vibe with this house. It was such a comfortable and cozy house everything was just right. I will definitely be trying t stay at this house again

Beautiful, quiet spot. Great communication with property manager. 5 stars without a doubt! Comfortable beds, lovely decor, plenty of space. I would absolutely stay here again when I am in town for Charis Bible College conferences.

This is a wonderful place to stay. We loved that we were not in the "city", instead on the side of a mountain, surrounded by tall, beautiful trees. We kept the blinds open most of the time to enjoy our surroundings. The home is well stocked with things you need, to include things in the kitchen, such as seasonings, coffee, paper goods, etc. While it has 3 bedrooms, we did not use the one in the basement. The other 2 were comfortable, but know that the loft bedroom does have to be accessed by a somewhat steep stairwell--no problem for us. We most enjoyed the sunroom--this is where we played cards in the evenings. The owner was readily accessible to us, he called us on the house phone, and we called him to get a recommendation for breakfast! We felt at home. Highly recommend this home.

Stayed here to attend an event at nearby Charis Bible College. Great location—short drive to Charis and we also enjoyed walking to town for lunch one afternoon. The house has a lot of windows and good views while still providing privacy. We just used the two upper rooms (just two of us). Beds were comfortable.

We came out for a quick weekend before corn harvest starts. We really liked this cabin. Recommend AJ's Pizza for anyone that doesn't want to get out. Will come back.

Excellent experience!
We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Such a beautiful spot. The house was well stocked with everything you would need and felt very homey and was sparkling clean. We enjoyed the area and watching the wildlife from the front deck every morning. A new addition of a fire pit in the back yard allowed us to cook samores each night while we chatted around the fire. Highly recommend!

Our stay
Well our stay was enjoyable do to the house there were a few things commented that we noted the loft could use some blinds from the sky lights when the sun comes in directly and the kitchen could use a couple of updated appliances and Utensils. Other than that it was an excellent stay.

Well-stocked home with gorgeous sunroom
We were pleasantly surprised by how well-stocked this home was. Not just a couple rolls of toilet paper and a sliver of soap, as we've encountered in other rentals. There was a variety of shampoos, body washes, lotions and even deodorant. Tons of sheets and towels in the linen closets. Lightbulbs, plastic wrap, sandwich bags, paper plates, spices, vegetable oil, etc. in the pantry. Previous tenants had left some perishable staples in the fridge, we did the same at the end of our stay. We felt that this added to the home's feeling of community.
We spent most of our time in the sunroom. With floor to ceiling windows on three sides, plus three skylights it got plenty of light even on cloudy days. There are also skylights above the living room and the loft bathroom. The large deck was also nice for enjoying morning coffee with a mountain view.
The loft bedroom, and especially the two bathrooms, can get very warm when the heat is on. We didn't use the kids' bedroom in the basement. The driveway was pretty steep but has plenty of room for 2-3 vehicles at the top.
We would stay here again.

Home on the Mountain
We loved our stay in this home. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a little crock pot. There were spices, paper products, butter, etc left for us to use. They even had items in each bathroom for your use. The place was extremely clean, with very comfortable furniture. We especially loved the sun room. Deer were everywhere. Having a garage was a bonus. You are only minutes from the grocery store, but it felt like you were alone in the mountains. One of the best rentals in Woodland Park.

Amazing place! The only regret we have is not booking longer... So much to see and do in the area, every view from every window in the home was priceless! The abundance of wildlife that came to visit regularly kept the kids "in awe"! We will be back soon! THANK YOU Dave and Evolve staff for the memories & hospitality! We appreciate it-

This lovely home was the perfect rental for our stay in Woodland Park. The home was well stocked, gorgeously decorated and comfortable. The location was excellent too. Very close to shopping and recreation. We hope to stay again very soon. We highly recommend this home.
