Very clean, nice amenities, quiet, close to beach, bay water was green with seaweed- not so good for swimming, nice patio. Walking distance to resturants, coffee shops. Great place for families.

My two young daughters and I enjoyed a week of bliss at this property. The girls loved their bunk bed room and the Sandy beach directly out front. Bike rides, near by cafes and restaurants, we hardly had to get in the car! Play ground near by on the bay. Super kid friendly. Kitchen well equiped. Would highly recommend. So peaceful and quiet too at night.

Perfect hostess and location. Ocean and playgrounds w/in short walking distances and right in front was a nice Sandy beach on the bay for water and beach play for the best of both worlds. Water temps a little cool to stay in for long but sun warmed us right up.

We are a family of 6 and loved the ease of the bunk room. The rental is a perfect location for use of the bay and a quick walk to the beach. We rented kayaks, paddle boards and a wave runner. Our family had a great visit to mission beach. We had a midsize suv and the parking spot is very small, so we parked at Santa Clara point mostly.

Perfect location for our family of three small kids. The bay, sandy beach and grass area was all they needed to have a great time at the beach. The unique bunk beds were a highlight for the boys! The accommodations were just as advertised. The unit is in very good condition and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and cheery; well equipped kitchen, plenty of beach towels. Quiet area while we were there. Very pleasant front patio area with several chairs and a table/umbrella. We liked sitting there especially mornings and evenings to relax with a peaceful view of the bay and interesting people-watching along the path. Owner responsive and helpful. Clean and comfortable visit.

We enjoyed our stay in mission beach. Beautiful place that has AC, a must for my husband. The location is great! Short walk to restaurants, convenient stores, rental shops & more.

We rent a beach house every summer to escape the AZ heat. My husband, mom, toddler, and myself stayed for 4 nights. We were happy to find a rental that didn’t require a week stay. The rental had everything we needed and more. I didn’t have to worry about a bunch of breakable items with my toddler around. We loved the first floor location with a nice patio. The a/c was an awesome bonus, since San Diego was unseasonably hot.

We had such a great time playing in the sand & water. The patio was the central hang out for all the family.

Can't beat Mission Bay side as a place to stay. Bay right outside the door and the ocean a 5 minute walk away. The house had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all the appliances we needed. Nice front room to sit and relax. Front patio was spacious, lots or chairs, table, and a brand new BBQ. Grass and beach area right outside the door. Close access to boat rentals on Santa Clara Point. Owner checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. We'll stay again!

We had a great view of the Seaworld fireworks every night. The house was extremely clean and well organized. The owner quickly responded if we needed anything and the location was nice and quiet, we weren’t kept up by loud neighbors or woken up early by anything. We would definitely stay here again! :)

This property was amazing. It has amazing views from the patio and is close walking distance to the beach. The bay is right out the front door! The home has a well stocked kitchen with all the necessities and linens, beds and towels were well stocked. The parking has space for 2 tandem cars but it is a tight squeeze as are most spaces in the area. This is a bottom floor condo so be aware that noise in the unit above can vary depending on the guests. The first few days we had very active children above us but it wouldn’t deter us from staying again. Check in was easy and the home was very clean. My only suggestion would be that they add a few amenities that I’ve seen in other properties- beach chairs, sand toys, boogie board. There also were no pantry items like salt and pepper. It was still a great experience and I definitely recommend!
