A modern beach house with uninterrupted views over the Bay, towards the Marina and with the Adelaide hills forming a magnificent backdrop. Situated only 2 hours from Adelaide. A two storey home with plenty of living space both up and ground floor levels. Air/cond in the upstairs main kitchen/dining and downstairs lounge. Enjoy outdoor living with balconies and decking and BBQ available for guests to use. Large main bedroom on top floor is very spacious with 1 queen bed and private ensuite with adjoining kitchen/meals area both rooms access the balcony overlooking the bay and beyond. Ground floor offers 3 bedrooms: 1 queen, 1 double, 2 singles & pullout sofa in lounge area if needed, lounge with a Smart TV, own bathroom and modern laundry with washing machine and dryer. One of the queen bedrooms downstairs also offers picturesque sea views. Ideal holiday rental for the whole family to relax by the seaside or that romantic get away weekend. Enjoy the peaceful relaxation, watch the sea view from the sofa or take the children down to enjoy the beautiful blue waters of the bay. (Children are very welcome) Rates Peak: $240 per night (min 3 nights) Long weekends, Christmas, Easter & Summer School Holidays High Season: $220/night 1st Feb-31st May and 1st Sept - 30th November Low Season: $180 per night. All other periods Doonas & Pillows provided. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, towels & tea towels. ***NEW*** Wifi has recently been installed! Great location, spacious, 4 good sized bedrooms, well laid out, good views etc. Garbage collection calendars outdated and some minor cleanliness issues but overall would be very happy to return.

Very comfortable place with all we needed. The views of the sea and the lovely town are stunning. Close enough to all facilities, quite walkable and in a quiet location. We had a great time.

Excellent location, with only a short downhill to the beach front. Wonderful sea views , rabbits running around in vacant block at back. Pleasant way of spending the evenings with a drink in hand and good company. Excellent modern facility, this was our second stay in our house in a year and we will be returning in the future. The host was very flexible with checkout time. Recommend this place at anytime of the year.

Modern property, personal space, roomy living. Beds /mattresses need updating. I found the beds on ground floor where we stayed were very hard and uncomfortable. I had to fold two thick quilts from other rooms to put onto my mattress to sleep. Then it was just acceptable. Mattress topper would be a simle fix. We found the lighting in the main living area was not adequate. Some globes did not work and there just was not enough light - we wanted to work on a jigsaw after tea but it was too dark. It was suitable for watching tv but if you wanted to play games or read it was not suitable. Also the barbecue needs a good clean. We had to clean it before we used it but it needs a very good overall clean with very hot water and detergent. It would have been a good idea if there was a fish cleaning area with water and a table. We had a good stay here but unless the beds are fixed I would not choose this property again.

Really well set up house with large deck overlooking the town, the ocean and the marina. The living area upstairs is great for everyone to socialise and the bedrooms are quiet even when people are up and about. We will book again.

Excellent accommodation, top floor: superb open space kitchen/dine/lounge area with wonderful views. Our wives spent evenings sitting on the top balcony enjoying the gulf views and the rabbits in the vacant block. Modern facility and owner prepared to give us early access and late vacating of facility. Will book this house next year. Fantastic 3 days!!!! Stan and the over 60 group!!!!!

We had a lovely time at Sea Breeze. It was clean and comfortable, with lots of room. The deck offered lovely views over the water, which meant we could watch the sailing. Amanda was lovely in her messages to us and generous with check in and check out times. Highly recommended.

We stayed over for the weekend with my family. We arrived late and It was very thoughful and wonderful to be welcomed to a warm cosy and clean home on a cold winters night. The house was well equiped and furnished with all facilities, especially the kitchen. Amazing beach view every morning. Was a real treat for us. Communication with Amanda was quick and easily reachable. Thank u Amanda for the great hospitality that you have given us in your home. Would definatly be back and highly recomend this place.

We had the best time as a family, beautiful spot & amazing house, loved the board games for the kids & everything we needed for our baby at our fingertips . We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and looking at the views - we will definitely be back .

The views from the balcony are perfect and the home itself was lovely to stay in. Our 5 year old and 3 year old loved the beach- it’s perfect for kids with no waves to bowl them over. The 4 of us stayed here with the kid’s Nanna and Poppa and there was plenty of room for us all! Would definitely stay here again :)

Fabulous holiday house!

We had a wonderful weekend here. The house was clean, modern and a fantastic layout especially for 2 families. Fabulous views out over the ocean and within walking distance to the beach and Main Street. Great communication from the owners and we look forward to staying again one day.
