About this house rental
Located in Lewis Smith Lake, this charming house for $1,444 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This is the largest house in Point William, a secluded 3 story home, in the Private & Gated family oriented neighborhood with Private, NOT SHARED, Docks! This is a 5 bedroom 4.5 bath home with 2 large living rooms, 3 large decks and direct lake views from EVERY room in the house. We have a fully stocked chefs kitchen with both a Keurig and regular coffee maker. Whether you're the type that wants a personal chef to cook dinner, you want every meal catered, you want to rent our 2022 Custom Landau 26 foot Tritoon with 200 Horsepower engine and seats 14 people ($425/day for consecutive days May through September only), want your groceries delivered to you or if you just want to grill burgers on the main level deck overlooking the lake, this is the place for you! Regarding the house, although it will sleep at least 14 people in beds, our limit is very strictly a max of 12 people, unless agreed to in writing. This is NOT an event venue and treating it as such you will be asked to leave immediately, with no exceptions. If you have Verizon phones, like most places on the lake, they will not work unless connected to Wifi at the house and even then, maybe only messages will work. You will have no issues with AT&T! The house is on year round deep clear water and we have a pool house on a bluff that overlooks Smith Lake. The home has brand new furniture and we are continuing to add additional new pieces to the house as time permits. NO EXPENSE SPARED! The kitchen is fabulous with a chefs refrigerator and just as all other rooms in the house, it has a direct view of the lake. The dock is great for swimming, fishing and/or just hanging out on the water! Lake living at its very finest! There is a brand new fire pit that can be used by anyone in the neighborhood if you drive past the pool house and the boat trailers, you’ll see it there!

This lake house was the perfect place for our family! We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy Smith Lake. We cooked on the Weber grill every day and enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets from the deck. The pontoon boat and water toys were perfect for the teenagers and young adult grandchildren too. We are already making plans to return!

This is a wonderful property with an amazing view of Crooked Creek. The house sits right against the water with an easy walk to the dock. We had a great time celebrating my Mothers 80th birthday and several other May birthdays in the family. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out and enjoy a great Memorial Day weekend.

When we book a trip, the priority for our friend group is a warm, pleasant place to gather, access to a grill, lots of natural light, a great view, and great sleeping situations. This location knocked it all out of the park. We loved the separate living spaces. The kitchen was large and spacious. We enjoyed the house so much we didn't even make it down to the dock or up to the pool!

Beautiful views out of every room, plenty of space for everyone. Location on the lake was ideal- boat traffic was mild. Boating supplies and dock supplies were above expectation. Lilly pad, chairs with cushions, skis, knee boards, power to dock.

Great family Lake House
We were a group of 3 families with kids of all ages and had a wonderful time in this house. It’s built with multiple levels and living areas which made for great privacy when you want it. This part of the lake was pretty quiet and it’s a beautiful view looking out to the water. The dock had a lily pad and other towables. Wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful time at the lake house. We would definitely return. It felt as we had the whole community to ourselves. We didn’t see anyone at the community pool the whole time we were there. It would be a great place to get two or three families to rent out multiple homes in the community and spend a week together.
