Located in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, this charming house for $613 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Welcome to Villa Pine and step into this delightful 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home is situated 2 1/2 blocks from the beach. Lauderdale by the Sea is a hidden gem in South Florida and the perfect beach town for families. You will not find a nicer, more private location for your relaxing vacation. AND NO CAR NEEDED! Entering the home on the ground floor is the living room that offers a smart 55" TV and a queen size sleeper sofa, ( serving as a 5th open bedroom). As you walk past the open staircase, you will find an open floor plan offering a powder room, dining table that sits 7 people, an open family room, 65” Smart TV with cable , sound bar and over 100 DVDs . There are also books and plenty of board games. The kitchen is warm and inviting with breakfast bar for 5 and 7 at dining table as part of the open floor plan. There is a smaller room on the ground floor equipped with a queen size bed, dresser and smart TV. Adjacent to the room, is a large walk in laundry room off the kitchen, also equipped with washer and dryer. There is a fabulous, unobstructed view of the pool from the living areas and kitchen. There are two sets of hurricane sliders in the family room which lead to the large awning that covers the patio area overlooking the extremely private resort style pool with waterfall and optional heater (additional fee added upon request). The rear patio offers 4 lounge chairs, outside dining table for 7 , a cocktail table for 3, gas and charcoal grills. Off the foyer of the second floor, you will find the primary bedroom which offers a king size bed and a 55" TV. There is also a full size crib, private balcony with 2 chairs and a small table overlooking the pool. The very private primary bathroom offers a full size jacuzzi tub. Bedroom two has a low European style platform king size bed and a TV. Bedroom three offers twin beds, smart TV . There is a second full size bathroom with tub and shower. There is 2 pack and plays, high chair and booster seat. There is a little rocker seat for infants as well as a little bathtub and a floor mobile. The home accommodates 8 but anything over there is an extra guest charge per night. Linens are only provided for the amount of guests requested. TENNIS/ PICKLEBALL COURTS are available for a small fee of $50 just a couple of blocks away! Pool heater upon request $125 This villa is ideal for families in search of a relaxing getaway, in an extremely private setting, with the convenient accessibility to lots of restaurants, shops, supermarket( on corner ), diving shops, CVS, Dollar Tree, ice cream shops, fantastic pizza places, live bands and our lovely pier.Just 2.5 miles away is the Water Taxi stop to take the family and jump on and discover all of Fort Lauderdale. There is an electric large golf cart that you can download the app and get picked up on demand for free for anywhere in Lauderdale by the Sea. IT IS NOT SUITED FOR LOUD PARTIES The bridge from Fort Lauderdale into Lauderdale-By-The-Sea is like a portal to vacation world. Cross over, and suddenly ho-hum drugstores and fast-food restaurants transform into vibrant shops and cafes. The streets become lined with twinkle lightwrapped palm trees, and the extra-wide sidewalks are speckled with outdoor dining tables and flip-flop-wearing locals. The change of pace is palpable. The sun seems to shine a little brighter, giving everything a candy-coated gleam, and the soft breeze holds the faintest scent of saltwater. ***NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ALLOWED OVERNIGHT

Beautiful home! We vacation every Christmas holiday with our adult children and Villa Pines was perfect! All the creature comforts you’d expect in your own home were there; comfy beds, stocked kitchen, lots of wine glasses 🤓, beach chairs were new and grill worked great! Plenty of space for everyone to either be together or go somewhere else and watch something fun on the many tv’s. Everything was super clean. Thank you Sandy, we’re hoping to come back next year!

Sandra's home was beautiful, comfortable, well equiped and perfectly located....wonderful pool on site, short walk to the beach (even for our 3 year old), just down the street from the grocery store and walkable to great restaurants!! Sandra was helpful and very easy to communicate with. We had a spectacular vacation at Villa Pine!

Sandra’s place is amazing! The home was exactly as described in the listing. The pool was wonderful, there were plenty of beach chairs for our group of 10, and the walk to the beach is right at the end of the road. Less than a mile away is a great little area with restaurants, bars, and a cute little gelato parlor. There is also a golf cart shuttle service that was excellent and made getting so so easy. We had a wonderful time and would love to go back!

We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday. The house had everything we needed and the location was perfect! Just a couple blocks to the beach. Also nice to come back to the pool which was kept up with and cleaned twice during our stay. The master bed was super comfortable too. We loved our stay at Sandra’s and would definitely go back!

Great house for families. House has all the amenities you need with a nice pool. The location is wonderful. You have a couple-minute walk to the beach, a grocery store is a minute walk, and restaurants and shops are about a 10-15 minute walk away. Highly recommend it if you want a house close to the beach with lots of things within walking distance.

Amazing location, half block to Publix & 2 blocks to the beach! Situated on a quiet street with very light traffic & noise. Villa Pine is equipped with everything you would need for a day at the beach, then relax at the serene & warm pool back home. Very responsive host from booking until departure.

We loved everything about this house! My husband, our adult children and their spouses, plus my Mom celebrated an early Christmas here and made wonderful memories in this beautiful home! Close to the beach, restaurants and grocery shopping! We had a day pass for the water taxi, and that was fun. The heated pool was a hit with everyone as well! Sandra was great to work with!

Close to so many things! Grocery store literally one block away was perfect to be able to fix quick meals and last minutes items! Nice space so close to beach is hard to find!

Few short blocks to the beach. About 10+ min walk (we had dogs and older family) to the main street of restaurants with great food options and live music. Nice front and back yard for my little dogs to enjoy. Nice neighborhood. Owner had great communication. She let us stay a bit longer due to flight delays, also nice because cleaning up the mess of a family of 8 by 10am including starting laundry was difficult. Only problems were the pool was not at all heated and can't be fully enjoyed late at night because the timer turned the lights and everything off early. Also the room on the first floor was too small to be very comfortable. It barely fit the full bed and a tiny dresser (we had to unpack and keep our luggage out in the living room area) so there was not much air flow and it got very warm at night.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home. Sandra was accommodating and communication was excellent. There truly is no need for a car because it is close by and walkable to everything! The property had everything we needed, including beach toys and chairs which was a huge plus. Our kids didn’t want to leave! Thank you Sandra for a wonderful stay and for being an incredible host! We had a wonderful stay in this Beautiful home. Sandra was an amazing host and was a joy to communicate with. My family gathered for a memorial that we had in the area for my nephew. The house was in a quite neighborhood within walking distance from everything we needed. Not living in Florida and being accustomed to the weather as it was extremely hot the house was kept a little warm for us. Especially since my daughter was pregnant and miserable with the heat. The pool helped everyone cooldown before going to bed and we thouroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was great. Perfect and roomy. Has all the beach equipment and umbrellas needed. Perfectly located and when you’re not at the beach you can hangout at the pool on the large pool deck with chairs and large awning. Highly recommend.

Home was as advertised. We were two families with 10 people and we all fit. House was clean and the owner was friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Lauderdale by the Sea is small and cute with restaurants and ice cream shops, a great pier, everything close, and parking is easy. We recommend it.

I gave each category 5 stars because this was truly a fantastic stay in every way. The property was beautiful, and being just a few short blocks to the beach was awesome. The kids loved the fact that it was so close. And Sandra, our property manager was probably the most responsive property manager we’ve ever dealt with. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Everything about this property was wonderful. The house was equiped with a beach wagon, chairs, sand and beach toys, umbrellas, and the walk to the beach was so easy, about 10 minutes. The pool was fabulous, and nice to have some shade in it for the afternoon. Sandra was very quick to respond to a couple items we needed help with. Such a great location near to the Publix and little strip mall, but overall so quiet on the dead end street. We loved it!
