The half duplex has one bedroom and one bath, the kitchen is open to the living area and includes a refrigerator, microwave and stove/oven. There's a washer/dryer in the unit. Note that we are a 30+ day rental all the time. This frequently books up with travel nurses. This location is super convenient to wherever you need to go in Nashville. It's near Opry Mills mall, the airport and a short drive to downtown. You'll enjoy the privacy and the peace and quiet. There are grocery stores and restaurants within a mile.
