It was wonderful and so much to do at resort and the people so kind. I forgot my wallet after checkout and the owner helped me get it before I flew out of state. Very nice place and very nice people!

We had a group of five adults in town for a show at the Orange County Convention Center, and this was an ideal set-up. Each of us had our own bedroom, full bathroom and privacy. Two of the bedrooms do have twin beds, but having a private bed and bath was more important to us. The home is lovely, quiet and private with very high ceilings so it feels super spacious. The kitchen and linens are well-stocked, and the washer/dryer in the garage was extra helpful. We didn't use the pool, but it looked lovely, and we were a short walk from the rec center if we'd had time to use it. There's a Starbucks and a Walmart just up the road for necessities, and lots of restaurants in the vicinity. The traffic getting from the villa to Orlando and back was definitely a factor, but not remotely as bad as we expected. Last but not least, the owner is pleasant, respectful and helpful, and has responded to every outreach within seconds, so even the couple of things we forgot to confirm ahead of time got resolved within a couple of minutes. All in, a great choice for us. Highly recommend!!!

My running family and I stayed here during the Walt Disney World marathon weekend. The location was very close to Disney. There was more than enough room in this home for my friends and I to be comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that you would need to prepare meals. The pool was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is in a very nice neighborhood, but needs a lot of updates and better furniture.
I emailed the owner and suggested that he find himself a new management company and a cleaning service because the house had mold in it. The vents were extremely dirty and had mold so anyone with asthma and allergy should not stay there because that is not healthy.
I paid extra for a week for heat for the pool and a grill but could not use the pool until the day before we left because it was not cleaned when we arrived. After my complaint to the owner and him knowing we were not going to be there because we were at a theme park, the management company came in there while we were not there and did not like that at all because a lot of personal items were setting out but I guess it did not make a difference what we thought.
Sorry but won’t be going back there or recommend this vacation rental.

My family ranged in age from 9 months to 80 years and this house fit us all perfectly. The kids enjoyed swimming at the house pool and the community pool, and after trying all 3 playgrounds they decided the castle playground was the best. The location is amazing with quick access to restaurants, shopping, and Disney. There are some minor (cosmetic) repairs that need to be done but nothing that would keep us from staying here again.

Property was exactly as pictured. Easy ck in ck out.. if you want to use community pool/ splash pad have to ck in at desk at pool… fun pool party with DJ on Saturday family friendly and not too crowded. Only complaint is get some $200 mattress toppers for adult beds… twin beds more comfortable than adults.. and light in pool didn’t work no evening swims after the Disney parks

We met in Orlando with my husbands 3 brothers (& 2 sisters-in-law) to have a Celebration of Life for the men's mother, who passed away during COVID. The family loved the house & its amenities, the pool, the barbecue grill and the resort community. We also enjoyed the Universal parks and the Sleuth Dinner Theater. The host was quick to respond to questions or questions.

The house has so much to offer and the space was great for our stay. Games in the garage, full kitchen, extra linens. Very accommodating. Would have been nice to have the pool heated but it was broken. Didn’t use this pool because of that but the community pool was great. Confirm when booking that the pool heater has been fixed.

Nice size home for the week for our family of seven. Comfortable. Has strollers and car seats for your use if needed. Pool in community is pretty cool. Backyard pool is nice, too, but would definitely suggest you pay the extra for the heat for the pool. We didn’t and regretted that. So nice to come home to after an exhausting day at one of the nearby Disney parks or Universal.

The house was beautiful. The property managers were helpful at first. After the third issue they stopped answering the phone. Thankfully the owner was very helpful and willing to explain everything. This was my first time vacationing in a rental home and I will definitely do this again.

Great place for family!
We had a great stay here! Clean, nice community and super close to Disney. The host and management were friendly, helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our time here and strongly recommend.

Scary
We found this property to be old and needs to be updated the sliding door locks needs to be better they had stick's in to help I guess to secure the locks also the front door lock is not great either the the microwave we found had a crack in the handle but it was on when we got there but by having a crack as we pulled it open and shut the handle finally came off the lady told me that they already had a report on it instead of fixing it right from the beginning for the next guest they patched it the plumbing is not great the water system is not great we found where a lot of lighting was out the garage supposed to be a guest game room that we thought it was a game room for kids or whatever was cluttered it's like a junkie garage my husband set up in the day room with his peace you know what I mean every night we were there that's were he sleep in the day room to make sure that his family felt safe for them to sleep cuz we didn't feel comfortable there's no blinds to the sliding back sliding glass doors it's just an open view that anything anybody anywhere never know could walk in
the sun so bright if someone wanted to watch TV the glare from the sun you couldn't see the TV we'ree not used to living like that it's the worst money that I've ever spent and I really feel I need my money back cuz this was our worst days staying in a house in Windsor Hill and it is a great Resort and we've always had good homes but this was the worst the owner should be ashamed and refund people their money back whoever been in there before me or after me cuz it's awful it's not secure not don't feel safe we left before our time was up good luck to the next renter

We were very happy with our 2 week stay here. The proximity to the theme parks was excellent. There was plenty of dining options when we decided to eat out. The home was plenty big for our group of 10. The property pool and splash park was a huge hit with the kids. I would definitely stay here again.

We came with 4 family units so the 5 bed/5 bath set up was perfect. Everyone had plenty of room. Very clean. Plenty of linens. But a few things could have been better.
1. The foosball table doesn't work. There are no balls and the table's underside is missing so that any game balls would just fall onto the floor.
2. There was no extra toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom), no paper towels for the kitchen, no trash bags for the kitchen at all, and only one dishwasher detergent pod when we arrived. Would have been nice to know ahead of time that those things weren't provided so that I could have brought them with me, instead of having to make an immediate grocery run.
3. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes and utensils, and pots and pans. However, with such a large number of guests, one might expect some larger cookware. The baking sheets were quite small-- it would be great to have some half-sheet sized pans for baking.
The property manager, Dave, was very responsive and attended to immediate problems... immediately. Overall, I would stay again. Great value for the money.

I chose this property to be close to Disney for the couple of day's we were visiting the park. It was perfect for us the drive was just a few minutes to be at the park. The home was great. It was clean, spacious, beds were very comfortable and very accommodating for our needs. Plenty of beds and bathrooms and the kitchen was well stocked for the couple of meals that we prepared there. I did like the location of the house and the pool area not facing the road like some of the other properties. Very quiet and relaxing after long days. The only downside was the heated pool. I spoke with Mr. Jaffar and the heater cuts off at 8 p.m. and unfortunately with our busy schedule we never had a warm swim at the house. We did spend one day at the resort pool and that was a another great experience. Very clean, plenty of chairs, food and drink available. Would definitely stay again if traveling back in the area.

Really great for a large extended family group but...

Great location
The house and pool area are comfortable. We did have a hard time getting the front door open the dead bolt needs to be fixed. Called property manager they said they would come over the next day and look at it, they never did. We just had to pull the door handle forward when we used the keypad. If you stay for more than 2 days, know you will have to buy dishwasher and liquid dish soap. Along with toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap and garbage bags.

Disney Vacation
Great vacation rental! Spacious home layout allowed for privacy and was perfect for our extended family of 9. My grands loved the pool and floats provided. Kitchen amenities where we prepared breakfast before the parks each day and had snacks at night. Washer and dryer was a blessing! Communication with manager was quick and efficient. Owner was very responsive. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Very easy access to Disney parks from this community, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Walmart super close. We didn't use community amenities but truly enjoyed this home.

Great for families on a budget!
Stayed in this house for a week for our trip to Disney. The house itself was super clean, spacious, and having a pool was a plus! My family really enjoyed the stay. A few things we weren’t expecting, however: if you plan to cook, bring all your spices! Most homes will have a spice rack, but this one does not. The quality of cookware is also pretty bad and in need of a serious upgrade. Also, bring lots of dish soap and sponges because the dishwasher is completely useless and will leave your dishes dirty and grimy. The grill is also located in a difficult spot on the side of the home and is chained so you can’t move it. It was a big hassle, so we decided to skip it. Since we didn’t eat at the house much, these issues were not a big problem. The check in process was very long, as we waited over an hour to get through the gates because of other guests. I would avoid getting there anytime between 4 and 6 PM. The resort has a small waterpark and amenities, which we did not use, but looked like a lot of people were enjoying. I would rate this as a very average resort, so nothing upscale. The owner and management of this house are extremely quick to respond to any questions or concerns, so that is a huge plus! Everyone was very friendly. Overall, this was a great place to stay while visiting all the Disney parks while not breaking the bank. I highly recommend!

Great home for family with small kids
We went in early March and stayed for 5 night. We have a 4.5 and 2 year old. They loved the private pool and the big resort pool is great.
The beds are fairly comfortable and the kitchen has all appliances one needs, but no pantry items such as salt and pepper.
Pending on how long you stay, you will have to bring toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags etc.
I had originally asked for a pack and play and was told none was available. There ended up being one in the garage along with a double stroller and high chair.
They just got all new vinyl plank flooring and dining chairs.
The host and property manager were both incredibly quick to respond to messages.
We will definitely try to book this place again in the future.

The fridge was contaminated with Mold making us all get sick. The stucco is falling off the front of the building. There is a camera in the back directly facing into the so called private area. On top of all this, the property owner, whom Inplan to take to court, accused our family of breaking an old sofa bed we did not even use. STAY AWAY From this Hell Hole at ALL COSTS!!!
