It was very clean and comfortable

. - The zone is close to a market so you can find anything to buy pretty easily, you could say the place is noisy but you barely hear it in your room so it was not a problem to rest. - The personal tries to help you at their best and they are very supportive. - The breakfast was good and it had different options. - There was an elevator, we did appreciate it because we walked a lot and we were super tired.

. 1) Each person on their turn helps you at their best, however it seems they do not talk each other, maybe it is needed to improve the communications between turns: + In my case the night earlier, I contact them through WS because I was going to arrive like 2 hours later and I was told there should no be problems. + The day of the check-in, I was contacted by the hotel and they let me know about the room change, which we were able to handle, once again I let the person know that we would be around 2 hours later and I was told that it was ok. + We arrived at the hotel and I was told that fortunately we arrived because the room was going to become available and I let the person know that I contact them to let them know that I would arrive 2 hours later. . I got the impression they are not familiar to work with Booking and the hotel prefers to have the room paid in advance since I was asked about it the 1st and 2nd time. 2) I made a reservation of a room with 2 beds, but at the end I ended in a room with a double bed, we were able to handle when I asked what happened, I was told that it seems the system sold the same room twice.

area around the hotel is not so nice, better don't go out alone in the night, no balcony

All of the staff was incredibly helpful and professional. The rooms were neat, clean, and well equipped. Breakfast was tasty and had a good selection. All of the helpful, courteous staff members were a highlight of our stay.

The mattress was on the firm side and might be hard for some.

The shower was great. The rooms were great. The staff were great. The wifi was great.

The location is in a very rough part of town, but is so close to the bus / train station that it balances out.

The location was good for us because was close to the bus terminal, facilities were good and also a nice breakfast. The staff were very helpful with everything we needed.
