The property is situated on a finger channel right off Tavernier Creek Bridge, Oceanside. A comfortable glider overlooking the channel is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail. You have the luxury of taking your boat oceanside or bayside without trailering it to a boat ramp. Right out the channel is Tavernier Creek Marina which staffs a fuel dock and bait store. Load up on bait, snacks, fuel or drinks and enjoy the beautiful weather. The house is two stories with a 2/2 upstairs and a separate studio apartment downstairs.
