The apartment has a living room with a dining area and an open concept kitchen. There are two bedrooms in the apartment, the master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom comes with two single beds. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one of which is an ensuite for the master bedroom. Each bathroom feature wonderful showers. The apartment highlights its large terrace overlooking the city.

The large balcony was lovely for enjoying meals outside. Rentals Collection was responsive when we had a small issue, which was quickly resolved.

This apartment offers everything for a longer stay. We spent there two weeks. Great view, quiet location, modern furnishings, underground parking with direct access to the lift. Large sunny balcony with top view. In a few minutes in the centre. Many restaurants in the area. Supermarket just around the corner. Good WiFi. Very good instruction.

A smart and modern apartment with a lovely, expansive mountain view from the balcony and very quiet at night. Comfy beds, two great bathrooms, Nespresso machine and a Smart TV. The sofa was perfectly fine for two of us and we took advantage of the AC in the lounge on hotter days. We really liked the location - outside the hubbub of the old town although an easy 10-15 minute walk, and you can be on the beach in five minutes if you walk up the road then down the steps opposite.
The Rentals Collection were great and I’d use them again.
Nothing at all for us but it is nearly 15 minutes walk to the old town if that matters, and a couple of minutes up a very short hill which may be relevant for those with mobility issues. We’ve stayed in the old town previously and actually preferred this location.

It was a clean and tidy apartment in a good location.
We enjoyed our stay in San Sebastian and would definitely use the Rentals Collection again, the staff are very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them.

The apartment is in a great family neighborhood but close to the river and the sights of the city. It was very quiet at night. The apartment is compact but has everything we needed and we loved the view from the balcony.
Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Put soap in soap dispensers.

Hochzeitsreise
Lage absolut praktisch, 5 Minuten vom Meer; Supermarkt in Sichtweite. Sehr schöne und ruhige Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick ins Hinterland von San Sebastián.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche.
Für Familien mit kleineren Kindern eher nicht geeignet wegen der Einrichtung und auch weil es sich um ein Wohnhaus mit Dauermietern handelt - es ist etwas hellhörig.

As we both travel and work continuously, the only negative we found was a lack of working space: we solved this by putting the table plus chairs from the balcony into the apartment (after cleaning these thoroughly), but this still only offered adequate working space for one, whilst the other had to make do with a tiny table in one of the bedrooms. Seating in the living room is not particularly comfortable. On the positive side: wifi is excellent and it is quiet with a nice balcony with sun (if you are lucky to have good weather in Donostia). Superb heating system and good beds with nice linen.

The flat is very well equiped, nice furniture, good stuff in the kitchen, comfortable beds, good showers, etc.
You cannot see the beach from the flat, but we liked the view from the terrace (top floor, exactly south facing) with parts of the city and the mountains in the background.
When you follow the street along the flat, go down some steps, one is at the concha beach within less than 10 Minutes. Also the shopping area of San Sebastian is just a few minutes walk, and a number of restaurants and bars oppositeround the corner.
We booked the private parking space, which is in the garage below the building, and there is some space there for bikes as well, which came very handy.
The communication with the agency was good, they usually answered quickly.
We would stay in the flat again.

Absolutamente todo. Ubicación céntrica. Apartamento nuevo, muy limpio, moderno, con parking en misma finca. Camas muy cómodas. Muy bien equipado. Sin duda muy recomendable.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement : - Très bien équipé (il nous a juste manqué quelques accessoires pour cuisiner au four sinon c’était parfait). - Très bien situé : à 5 minutes de la plage et 2 minutes des commerces (supermarché, boulangeries, ...), tout ça à pied. - Et surtout très calme malgré la densité dans ce nouveau quartier.

Hemos estado muy bien y no dudaríamos en recomendarlo.
El apartamento está bien situado junto a la zona comercial y para ir andando a los centros turísticos. Está todo muy nuevo y moderno y visualmente es un piso que está bonito decorado. Plaza cómoda de parking.
Les dejo dos sugerencias de mejora que hemos comentado desde el primer día: el sofá, que es muy moderno pero nada cómodo, sin un respaldo confortable y donde no sabíamos cómo ponernos, y las bocas de ventilación de los baños y la cocina que no se han limpiado desde no se sabe cuándo (choca ver todo tan limpio y cuando subes la vista están esos orificios llenos de polvo grueso).

Es una opción perfecta para pasar unos días en San Sebastian.
Al lado de la playa de la Concha e inmerso en la vida de la ciudad. Decorado con mucho gusto y equipado con todo detalle.

El apartamento estaba tal y como se muestra en las fotos, en perfecto estado, muy limpio y silencioso. Se ubica a 10 minutos del centro y 5 de la playa de la Concha. Podía contactar con el anfitrión tanto por teléfono como email y la respuesta era inmediata. Libertad horaria de llegada, en nuestro caso nos dejaron las llaves con todas las indicaciones en una maquina expendedora. Estancia magnifica y muy recomendable!

Great place, stylish, spacious, good location and a terrace with a beautiful nice view of the hills. Be aware though, that you have to pick up the keys at an office about 10 minutes walk away.
