The manager was excellent. I accidentally booked for 2 people and she immediately rebooked me at a lower price at the hotel . Super nice . Arranged an early morning cab too!

Staff bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. About all i can say.
Location us in Comite De Pueblo which is the very bad part of the city. Unless you have no money or are desparate to loss money or worse, I would suggest a more Central hotel for your stay. We had no idea.

very clean and warm shower
the location. its a very dodgy part of town. not close to the la ofelia bus terminal.

Did not have breakfast. Excellent staff, very kind and friendly. Our room was very, very loud from outside traffic, car alarms, etc, and sleep was difficult. The room itself was super clean.
The noise from outside was unbearable and went on all night.
